AvP Annual c2201

On Charon 13 mining station, a desolated rimworld in a forgotten system, a kiande amedha outbreaks spreads on a geo-thermal processing station. Soldiers Kenner and Jas desperately attempt to rescue victims that have been taken by kiande amedha, finding their leader Marshall lying unconscious alongside a similarly comatose Yautja, both having been impregnated by Facehuggers. Deeming the situation lost, Kenner and Jas rouse Marshall and the three of them attempt to flee the planet. Meanwhile, the Yautja awakes, puts its gear back on and prepares to kill some kiande amedha.

Kenner, Jas and Marshall find a shuttle that can be used to escape, but discover that it requires manual operation from the surface, meaning one of them will have to stay behind. Knowing she is carrying a Chestburster, Marshall elects to remain, helping her comrades escape whilst ensuring the kiande amedha threat does not spread from Charon 13. However, to her horror, Marhsall discovers the kiande amedha have already infested the shuttle. Losing hope, Marshall notices the Yautja in the midst of a ferocious battle with the kiande amedha, close to being overwhelmed by their numbers and the Queen that has joined the fray. Suffering from the pain of the Chestburster inside its chest, the Yautja drops its guard and is about to fall victim to a kiande amedha when Marshall steps in and saves its life. The two continue to battle the kiande amedha together, finally reaching and engaging the Queen as Charon 13 begins to collapse into the lava bellow, taking Marshall, the Yautja and the surviving kiande amedha to their deaths. bughunt 2203

Dispatched to a remote colony on Taurus Seven in response to a kiande amedha outbreak, Lance Corporal Lombardo is now the last surviving member of his four-man squad. Having only ever dealt with lone kiande amedha aggressors before, his unit was ambushed soon after entering the supply depot where they suspected the creatures had established their Hive. Heimbuch and Blazi died almost instantly, while Antonio was taken soon after.

Now Lombardo stands face-to-face with a group of kiande amedha and a lone surviving colonist in the Hive. As the kiande amedha cautiously advance, Lombardo slowly backs in the tunnel behind him, luring them in before destroying them with a high explosive grenade from his M41A Pulse Rifle. The path now clear, he goes to the colonist, named Alice, who is mysteriously not cocooned and clearly suffering from shock. She tells him that the rest of the colonists are all dead, having all been used to host Chestbursters. Giving her his combat knife to help her focus, Lombardo begins to lead the woman out of the facility. Along the way, he learns that her life has been fraught with pain and suffering — aside from being captured by kiande amedha and watching her colleagues die giving birth to Chestbursters, she is also dying of terminal cancer and once lost her only child to stillbirth.

As they near the exit, Lombardo expresses concern at the ease of their escape, to which Alice assures him the creatures are not following them. When Lombardo questions how she could possibly know this, she mutters, "Because they sent me instead," before slitting his throat. As he slumps to the ground, he realizes too late that Alice has been driven insane. She has been impregnated with a Chestburster herself, and now views the embryo as a chance to have the child she was denied earlier in life. Lombardo bleeds out, before the Chestburster kills Alice. kleist 2205

The mysterious Mr. Kray is a corporate spy extraordinaire, but even he's never faced a mission this dangerous! Kray has been sent to Charon Base to check out research director Ernst Kleist's genetic experiments on Kiande Amedha. Kleist is trying to breed the beasties into something useful — something that humans can control. But workers on Charon are starting to disappear one by one, and Kleist definitely knows more about it than he's letting on. Kray and his pilot, Joyce Palmer, may be the only ones who can unravel Kleist's schemes... that is, if they make it past his "pet" Kiande Amedha!

Things are getting curiouser and curiouser on Charon Base; the more John Kray and Joyce Palmer find out about Professor Kleist's research, the less they like it. Most of the Marines stationed there have been "executed" despite their commanding officer's protests, and it looks like the few remaining grunts are headed for a nasty new kind of bug-hunt. Meanwhile, since Kleist's attempts to breed a tame Queen have all failed miserably, he's trying a new approach — one that involves using Kray's DNA, with or without his consent!

When a genetically engineered Kiande Amedha refrains from attacking an injured Kray, it seems that Kleist's attempts to breed a "tame" Kiande Amedha have finally paid off. Meanwhile, the Sci-Tech elite patrol are deployed to hunt down Palmer, who hopes to rescue Kray by way of the armory. The race for survival is accelerated, as Kleist's latest creation proves to be both highly motivated... and dangerously unpredictable.

Rogue The Queen was regarded as the most uniquely dangerous creature in the galaxy... until Professor Kleist created something even more unique. Kleist's genetically engineered 'Rogue King' wreaks havoc upon Charon Base, while Kray, Palmer, and the ever-resourceful Deegan attempt to escape from Kiande Amedha and Sci-Tech special forces. When the 'Rogue King' locates the captive Queen, not even the brilliant Kleist knows whether the Queen will greet her mate... or meet her match! Aliens: Rogue

Aliens: Colonial Marines 2206

Meet Lt. Joseph Henry; the son of one of the most influential politicians on Earth, a proud member of the USCM, and a poor slob in a heap of trouble. Lt. Henry, after yet again being charged with insubordination, is put in command of a platoon of the absolute worst Marines in the sector and assigned the lowest detail in the corp -- checking up on a toxic waste dump! What Lt. Henry and company don't know is that this mission is about to go from bad to worse, because a strangely organized batch of Kiande Amedha has taken over the waste dump!

Private Carmen Vasquez has joined the corp and is working hard to become as tough as her legendary big sister. What Carmen and the rest of her platoon don't know is that their mission will bring them face-to-face with the terror that took her sister's life, and has haunted her dreams ever since... Kiande Amedha! Take a gruesome tour of a derelict space station with a group of Kiande Amedha who know the meaning of Semper Fi!

Lt. Henry and his crew of ne'er-do-wells are -- to put it simply -- in the soup. Stranded in a space station with a pack of bloodthirsty Kiande Amedha waiting behind every access hatch, this platoon of USCM will leave no shell unfired in their struggle to survive. And as the pulse-fire echoes through the corridors, a hideous plan of mutating humans into Kiande Amedha is uncovered, leading Lt. Henry to wonder if this is more than just a random infestation.

After barely escaping the rail-gun station known as the Sun Gun, our not-so-happy band of Marines is looking forward to a little R&R on the backwater (and we do mean water) planet Bracken's World. Guess again! The mysterious "father" from last issue has already established a foothold on the dreary little planet, and isn't about to let Lt. Henry interfere with his schemes. Get ready for aquatic action and intrigue as our hapless heroes are betrayed from within by the only person that can save them!

The merry band of Marines has holed up in the only major city on Bracken's World, and as Lt. Henry attempts to rally the local colonists against the approaching Kiande Amedha army, he begins to suspect Beliveau's real reason for being on this mission. After all, why would a high-powered Company man have any interest in such a remote section of the galaxy? Does Beliveau hold the secret to the bizarre Kiande Amedha/human hybrid they captured at the railgun station? Could he even be responsible for these well-organized Kiande Amedha attacks? Intrigue, action, and rusty rooftops -- what more could you want?

The showdown on Bracken's World comes to a skull-crunching climax as Marines and colonists go toe-to-toe with the forces of the maniacal Bug-Men. And lest you think we would forgo plot development for the sake of action -- Beliveau fesses up as to the identity of the enigmatic "father" of the Bug-Men! The plot is thickening quickly, folks, so don't miss this pivotal issue!

Stranded in a remote sector of space with only a Dropship for transportation, Lt. Henry strikes an uneasy deal with Beliveau, the secretive company man who has many hidden, deadly agendas.

In return for the aid of the USCM, Beliveau leads Henry to an Alphatech storage facility piled high with state-of-the-art weapons designed to "eliminate" Kiande Amedha. The hardware will indeed come in handy, but the sole occupants of the complex -- outdated maintenance robots -- are already using them to ward off the latest Kiande Amedha incursion!

Armed with prototype weapons and a powered-up Dropship, Lt. Henry begins the final assault against the Kiande Amedha menace. While he is planning his strategy, his crew is succumbing to strange withdrawal symptoms, and the ones still on their feet are plotting mutiny!

Henry's only hope is to reprogram Liston, the high-powered synthetic, to follow his every command -- even if it means killing a human being. The air is thick with tension, and a traitor will step out of the darkness with a gun in his hand and murder in his heart. A guaranteed shocker!

This is it: the endgame! Lt. Henry has tracked the "father" of the Kiande Amedha forces -- a rogue colonel pursuing a mad dream of cosmic purity -- to a subspace communications relay, and plans an all-out assault against him! His command is weak, the Marines around him are planning mutiny at the first opportunity, and now the captive "bugman" is beginning to mutate into something that will shock the entire crew! Lt. Joseph Henry has never taken the easy path, and this time it just may kill him! The pulse-pounding conclusion to this action-packed series! Face to face with the deadly leader of this system-wide Kiande Amedha infestation, Lt. Henry begins a suicide mission to fulfill his mad obsession: to kill "the Father" of the Kiande Amedha, no matter what the cost. Aliens: Colonial Marines comic

tribes 2209

A squad of elite Colonial Marines who specialize in kiande amedha eradication operations arrive at the medical space station TodLab XLI in response to an infestation that has claimed the lives of many of the personnel on board, leaving the few survivors in mortal danger. The squad is equipped with a Berserker unit, a cybernetic fusion of human and heavily armored battle mech developed specifically to neutralize serious kiande amedha outbreaks. The Berserker, codenamed Shitkicker, is essentially unstoppable once activated, and is therefore kept heavily sedated in one of the station's laboratories while the rest of the team, consisting of "Tunnel Rat", "Point", comms man "Ears" and their Sergeant, "Leader", prepare for their offensive into the Hive. The squad deploys monitoring devices throughout the station, while Rat sets several Baby Boomer implosion devices on TodLab's hull, designed to completely obliterate the station after a set countdown, thereby ensuring the destruction of the kiande amedha even if the team is killed. The operation is overseen by the squad's Commander, codenamed 'Bort, who orbits the station in a command craft.

With the Baby Boomers in place, the incursion into the Hive is delayed while the team await the arrival of expert kiande amedha consultant Lieutenant Tsuruku Richards. As well as providing intelligence support, Richards seeks to question the scientist in charge of TodLab XLI, Dr. Piers Cotlow, regarding his suspicious activities during the current outbreak. Once Richards arrives, the eight-hour countdown on the Baby Boomers is activated and the squad begins their assault. Rat intentionally allows herself to be captured by the kiande amedha, knowing that so long as she does not resist, she will be taken unharmed to the heart of the Hive to be impregnated, thereby revealing the approximate location of the resident Queen.

As the rest of the team move in on the Hive, Point discovers evidence that someone on board has been attempting to develop the common Chestbursters implanted inside some of the kiande amedha' victims into Queen embryos using a type of synthesized Royal Jelly. When Richards questions Cotlow about the illegal experimentation, the doctor reveals he is the man behind it; he is a religious fanatic who has come to worship the kiande amedha, and longs to see their proliferation throughout human space. He is in fact himself impregnated, and has succeeded both in developing the Chestburster within into a Queen using his synthetic Royal Jelly, and in prolonging its gestation time using a cocktail of various drugs. Cotlow attacks Richards and kills him by breaking his neck.

Unaware of Richards' fate, Leader infiltrates the Hive and rescues Rat, while Shitkicker is activated and begins waging a single-minded path of destruction through the station, heading for the Queen. The nigh-indestructible Berserker soon locates and kills the Queen, then sets to annihilating her spawn, slaughtering the kiande amedha in a blind fury, driven by the potent stimulants pumped continuously into his body. Leader and Rat are cornered by several kiande amedha as they attempt to flee the Hive through a ventilation shaft and become separated, with Rat falling into a waste disposal unit.

Informed of Richards' demise at the hands of Cotlow, Leader dispatches Point to eliminate the doctor. Meanwhile, the kiande amedha begin employing new tactics against Shitkicker, intentionally swarming the Berserker and sacrificing themselves en masse so that their acidic blood destroys the floor beneath the mech, dropping it progressively lower through the station's levels. This will eventually send the rampaging war machine through TodLab XLI's outer hull and into space, depressurizing the entire station. With no means of stopping the Berserker, Leader goes after it in the vain hope of shutting it down. He catches up with the mech and clambers on board, seeking to access its interior, but the enraged Shitkicker incinerates him with his integrated flamethrower.

Meanwhile, the dying Queen senses the infant inside Cotlow and dispatches several of her Warriors to protect him. Point is grievously wounded dispatching these guards, but corners Cotlow in the station's maternity ward. The doctor has now become hideously deformed as a result of the Jelly and other drugs he has been pouring into his system, and rants to Point about his goals. Point shoots him, knocking him into a refuse shaft, moments before he is himself killed by another kiande amedha. Elsewhere, Ears is overwhelmed by kiande amedha in his communications center.

With the situation on TodLab XLI now untenable and the countdown on the Baby Boomers coming to an end, 'Bort remotely activates the station's waste disposal pods, hoping at least to save Rat, who is still trapped in the waste tank. However, in doing so he also unintentionally jettisons a second pod containing Cotlow, still alive thanks to the cocktail of stimulants in his system. Shitkicker finally crashes out of the station moments before the Baby Boomers detonate; caught inside the implosion radius, he is sucked back into the detonation and destroyed, but the command vessel carrying 'Bort and the two waste pods escape. As 'Bort heads after Rat, Cotlow flies onwards through space, musing that the Queen inside him will soon emerge and feed on his body, and comforted by the knowledge that his pod will eventually be picked up by someone else. Julian stan 2214

Stanislaw Mayakovsky once wrote a book about the cybernetic ant named Ari that he designed to infiltrate a Hive in order to gain precious knowledge about the species.

Mayakovsky's doctor gave him the idea to use xeno-zip to ease his cancer symptoms - which are getting worse.

At this point, Julian Lish approached Mayakovsky to experience and expertise -- not in the pursuit of scientific knowledge, but in the pursuit of the Queen Mother's royal jelly, the galaxy's most valuable commodity. The mission is a perilous one, but the motives are compelling.

Julian researched Mayakovsky. She knows he was forced to go to drug dealers for xeno-zip, and that he is running out of money and time. It was Mayakovsky's book on Ari that gave her the idea of an artificial Kiande Amedha to penetrate their society to help them procure royal jelly.

Julian managed to convince a Bio-National executive to give up the location of a Kiande Amedha homeworld. She also displays a bracelet charged with jelly. kiande amedha won't be able to see anyone wearing one. It works off pheromones.

As they work together to design the synthetic Kiande Amedha called Norbert, Mayakovsky and Julian develop a love affair.

Julian and Mayakovsky later acquire a ship called the Dolomite. The captain is someone Julian has worked with before. Ari is present on the ship, as well as Mayakovsky's pet dog Mac.

Mayakovsky retires to his room, and takes some xeno-zip. He has very little left, and his cancer symptoms seem to be getting closer together.

The Dolomite reaches orbit around A6 454. The planet is so far off the usual routes that it hasn't even had a formal survey. The planet has a barely breathable atmosphere, and seems to be constantly buffeted by storms. The planet also has a heavy radiation belt.

When Mayakovsky introduces the crew to Norbert, they panic. Norbert, following protocol, attacks and kills a few humans before Mayakovsky overrides Norbert's programming.

While in orbit, the Dolomite receives some strange readings and can't get a fix. They are unable to establish a point of origin or if it is naturally occuring phenomenon. There are no other ships in the sector, but there is a bit of debris. The computer gives the away team 12 hours before conditions put the platform at risk.

One of the crew members is Gill, a synthetic. He was programmed to be a gentleman. Another is Captain Hoban.

As they descend to the planet in the shuttle, they discover the weather is worse than anticipated. Elsewhere, Kiande Amedha watch the spacecraft descend to the planet.

Harvest Once the shuttle was launched to the surface of A6 454, the captain decided to examine some of the debris in orbit. It turns out to be the remains of a ship. They recover the flight recorder.

Julian and Gill go over the Hive data. It is almost 1000 meters high. The highest natually occurring peak is only 350 meters.

Meanwhile, the flight recorder reveals that Captain Potter of the Lancet intercepted the now-wrecked ship. It was guilty of criminal tresspass. The captain states the ship and crew won't live to regret their decision. The Lancet then destroyed the vessel. Hoban orders Gill not to reveal that information to anyone.

Mayakovsky and Julian send Norbert and Mac to the Hive after Mac is equipped with a pheromine collar to make him "invisible" to the Kiande Amedha. They come across a lone adult Kiande Amedha that appears to either be sleeping or unconscious as its internal organs are functioning at a very slow rate.

Mac and Norbert discover the crew of the Lancet (one being named Tony). They are surprised that there is a Kiande Amedha awake in the vicinity. Norbert quickly kills the humans and, upon entering the shuttle, kils the ones inside. Norbert then finds a stash of Royal Jelly, but the ship's systems are severly damaged. One of the systems was some sort of infrasonic suppression system, functioning the same way a beekeeper uses smoke, calming the Kiande Amedha to near unconsciousness.

Mayakovsky orders Norbert to take Mac and follow the Kiande Amedha outside back into the Hive. There they encounter the Queen. However, the Queen realizes that Norbert is not a real Kiande Amedha. Mayakovsky orders all of Norberts defense systems online and evacuate the Hive but he runs into a dead end and Mayakovsky loses Norbert's signal.

Hoban contacts Gill, but the signal is weak due to the weather system's interference. He advises they all leave ASAP, which Julian agrees. However, the electrical storm wreaks havok on the ship systems and they are forced to abandon ship.

By sunset, Gill had salvaged a few weapons, a light, a communicator, and and some inhibitors with a range of 3 feet. Julian contacts Hoban to pick them up at their location, but Hoban says it will be a few hours to get a lander prepped and down to them. So, Mayakovsky suggests they enter the Hive and follow Norbert's trail back to the Lander Norbert found so they culd then fly back to the Dolomite.

40 minutes later, they arrive at the Hive and begin climbing. A lone Kiande Amedha passes them by, proving the inhibitors are working. 90 minutes later, they are deeper into the Hive and although the Kiande Amedha cannot see them, they do sense something not usually found in this level of the nest.

They are forced to go deeper as they cannot locate Norbert's trail. Mayakovsky encounters Mac's corpse and in an attempt to retrieve Mac's inhibitor collar, tumbles into a pit, the fall somehow deactivating his collar. Gill and Julian open fire on the nearby Kiande Amedha. In the midst of the shooting, Mayakovsky awakens to find one Kiande Amedha approaching. He is releived to learn it is actually Norbert, albiet damaged. Immediately, Norbert starts pulling off parts from his body to compose a cold plasma laser.

With only 7 minites left on their inhibitors, Norbert stays to cover their retreat. Norbert gets destroyed by the Kiande Amedha as the survivors climb out of the "chimney" that helps regulate the internal heat and humidity of the Hive, to encounter Hoban's dropship outside.

They reach the ship just as the inhobitors wear out, and all the Kiande Amedha turn to chase them. They try to storm the ship. Gill's lower arm is torn off. Julian tries to blast one that made it aboard, but is splashed in the face by their blood. He gives her some royal jelly to help with the pain. As they wait for the smarm to arrive, Mayakovsky alters Gill's programming.

Captain Potter of the Grant Corporation ship Lancet signals them. They are trespassing and demands the survivors to identify themselves, to which Mayakovsky complies. Potter warns them they will be boarded and their ship and all contents will be confiscated.

Gill and Mayakovsky watch Potter's men try to reach the ship and fail. Potter hails Mayakovsky again, angered. Mayakovsky says he has a plan as Julian finally awakens.

Part of Mayakovsky's plan is to send Gill to Potter. As he is a synthetic, the Kiande Amedha would not bother him, but still arms Gill with a 15min-charged inhibitor. Gill is to negotiate with Potter - Mayakovsky will destroy the ship and cargo if Potter does not comply. He is to buy Mayakovsky time while he gets something worked out with Hoban to escape.

When Gill enters the Lancet, more Kiande Amedha arrive and sit near the force field perimiter, watching.

Gill contacts Mayakovsky to inform him that Potter does not agree to any terms Mayakovsky set out. It is only because of the jelly that the humans and the lander have not already been destroyed. Mayakovsky gives Potter 20 min to evacuate.

Mayakovsky contacts Hoban, who is furious that Mayakovsky gave away his location by contacting him. Mayakovsky informs Hoban that he plans to lift off in 25min. If that fails, Hoban is to send a lander. Mayakovsky assurs Hoban that Potter is being taken care of.

As the Kiande Amedha began making a living ladder out of themselves to climb over the force field, Mayakovsky gives Gill a voice command, which results in Gill activating a detonation device Mayakovsky installed into his arm.

Hoban is still 15 away, but the Kiande Amedha are swarming the lander already. Mayakovsky knew it would happen, and together with Julian, they inject a tube of royal jelly. They both later die by giving birth to a Chestburster, but the two humans never regained consciousness to be aware of their own deaths. Aliens: Harvest

The Geryon Armada - consisting of the core engine vehicle Geryon and docked sister ships, Kadmos, Helios and Perses arrive in the Zeta 2 Reticuli system bound for LV-223. Captain Angela Foster and crew members Clara Atkinson (documentarian), James Weddel (doctor) and Francis Lane (astrobiologist) awaken early to prepare for what is supposed to be a salvage mission.

Jan 14

The Geryon arrives in orbit over LV-223 and the rest of the crew are woken. The Perses and Helios set down on the planet near where the probe of 2090 was destroyed. This is also the same place where USCSS Prometheus landed in 2093 and the Onager crashed in 2179. Instead of the expected desert, they find a jungle full of flora and fauna. They later find a herd of dead animal carcasses and eventually the wreck of the Onager, overgrown with jungle.

Lead by security chief Galgo Helder, they enter the Onager and are attacked by the Kiande Amedha that have set up a Hive there. They narrowly escape and Foster calls down the Kadmos to evacuate them. Two crew members have Facehuggers attached to them while three others are wounded when they fall into a lake inhabited by mutated shark-like creatures.

Everyone regroups on the Helios and Foster informs them of the real purpose of the mission - to find out what happened to Peter Weyland and the Prometheus.

Francis and the synthetic construct Elden, who were seperated from the main group earlier, are located in the cave where Derrick Russell lived 30 years prior. A group leave the Helios to retrieve them. Francis reads through Russell's extensive research and realises he may be able to the use the black accelerant liquid to cure his terminal cancer - if he passes it through a filter. Like Elden.

On their way to the rendezvous with Francis and Elden, Foster, Galgo and others find the wreckage of the Juggernaut and investigate. Galgo finds what appears to be an Engineer's rifle. The group intercepts Francis on the run from Elden. Francis explains that he injected Elden with the accelerant and he started mutating and becoming violent. Foster orders that Francis be arrested.

Meanwhile the Helios comes under Kiande Amedha attack. Foster orders Galgo and his crew to take Francis and head to the Perses. Then he'll return to the Helios with some more weapons to deal with the Kiande Amedha. However Elden reaches the Helios first and opens the hatches to allow the Kiande Amedha inside. Galgo and his crew elect to abandon Foster and the rest of the crew and leave LV-223 on Perses.

The survivors on the Helios escape on ATVs and regroup with Fosters crew at the Juggernaut. Foster contacts Traynor on the Geryon and requests an evac via the Kadmos. Galgo reaches Geryon first however and kills Traynor and the Kadmos crew before it can be launched.

Foster's crew discover a chamber on the Juggernaut where the Engineers create lifeforms, still operational. The Kiande Amedha attack the Juggernaut, killing nearly all the remaining crew. Atkinson and Weddel are rescued by an Engineer wielding a gun similar to the one Galgo found, only for it to kill them shortly after killing the kainde amedha.

The only survivors are Foster, Jill and Chris, who make it to Derrick Russell's cave and set up camp. Prometheus: Fire and Stone

The remaining ships of the Geryon armada - consisting of Geryon, Kadmos and Perses is on course to Earth, when Elden aboard the Helios catches up with them and docks. Elden is in a constant state of mutation, and demands the Galgo hand Francis over to him. Galgo is happy to comply, but they're interrupted when a Yautja hunting party dock with the Geryon and board.

Galgo and Francis make a run for it as Elden and a horde of Kiande Amedha invade the Geryon. The Kiande Amedha kill the survivors on the Kadmos, and a Yautja attacks Galgo. Francis runs and hides from Elden as Galgo escapes on the Perses - not knowing a Yautja also snuck on board.

Three Yautja engage Elden and his Kiande Amedha. One is infected when bitten by Elden and changes into a similar kind of mutant. Elden kills another Yautja, while the third knows it can't win and so scars Elden with the mark of its clan.

Francis continues to evade Elden, while making plans to access Elden's blood and see if his experiment to cure his cancer will succeed. He meets the Yautja who declines to to kill him due to the Francis' condition. The Kiande Amedha turn on Elden, but he and the Yautja fight them off.

Francis sets a trap for Elden and secures him long enough with the assistance of the Geryon's robot crew. He extracts Elden's blood and despite Elden's protests, injects it into his own veins. He immediately starts to painfully mutate. The Yautja attacks Elden again and the Kiande Amedha soon join in, while the mutant Yautja attacks the mutant Francis. Elden detaches Kadmos from Geryon, but Kadmos is soon compromised by Kiande Amedha acid when one is killed by the Yautja. Elden escapes into space, back to the Geryon, and helps Francis defeat the mutant Yautja. However, it is too late for Francis whose cell structure breaks down and effectively melts away to nothing as Elden carries him back to Helios, leaving Elden alone with a few, now subdued, Kiande Amedha. Galgo realises that he has a stowaway aboard the Perses and wakens Piper and Higgins to deal with it. The Yautja kills Piper, while Galgo kills Higgins trying to flush the Yautja into space. The Yautja defeats Galgo but doesn't kill him - indicating that it wants to hunt the Engineer on LV-223. It needs Galgo alive to fly the Perses. The Yautja recognised Galgo's weapon after looking for an Engineer to hunt for over 110 years.

Jan 30

The Yautja - dubbed Ahab - forces Galgo to accompany it by use of an energy binder after they land on LV-223 and proceed to look for the Engineer. They find piles of dead Kiande Amedha before encountering Angela, Jill and Chris. Jill explains that the Engineers have been cleaning up the planet of mutated animals and Kiande Amedha alike.

Jan 31

Ahab and Galgo eventually lure an Engineer into combat, and Galgo takes his chance and runs away, only for his conscience to get the better of him. The Onager is launched but as they drill into the mountain they quickly discover an acid river, and Elden says it's a vein. The mountain is alive. Angela manages to set the Onager down and locates the source of the signal behind a wall. She's about to hack through, but Elden stops her. Life and Death May 2220

Rapid response combat ship USS Hasdrubal arrives at LV-797 (aka Tartarus) with 33 personnel to investigate Seegson Corp staff potentially jumping a Weyland-Yutani claim.

They land and quickly find a Seegson camp – abandoned. They also find an Engineer Juggernaut ship. Soon after finding a Seegson survivor, Laurence Goode, a marine scouting party comes under attack from Predators. Chimo, Herrman and Garland are killed. Company Rep Lorimer demands Captain Paget secures the Juggernaut as highest priority, and more Seegson survivors – Melville and Captain Humble are found.

Another marine party, come under Predator attack. Stefopoulos and Bonito are killed by the creatures and Rucker accidentally kills Lee with friendly fire, before he also manages to kill one of the attackers. Sergeant Roth arrives with reinforcements, killing a second Predator before both combatants fall back.

Paget splits the marines in two teams – she will lead a ground team and Roth with take a team on one of their dropships – to secure the Juggernaut. The dropship is attacked and crashes onto the top of the huge ship. Roth leads a team inside. Paget’s team is also attacked and Talbot, Loman and Keynes are lost.

Finding the Juggernauts bridge and Seegson technology connected to the consoles, synthetic Singer says he believes he can get the ship airborne. The remaining Predators on the ground fall back to assist another on board the Juggernaut – Cracked Tusk. It emerges from hiding and kills Schrader, then attacks Roth and Singer. Inadvertently driving its wrist claws into the hypersleep pod of an Engineer it find itself stuck – just long enough for Humble to shoot it. As the Hasdrubal and Juggernaut prepare to head for USCM Base Ganymede, the Engineer wakens and kills marine Indelicato. Roth and the others flee and the Engineer re-routes his ship to LV-223.

Setting down 6 days later, the Engineers disembarks and once gone, Roth leads the others out into a nearby forest – only to encounter kiande amedha. Rucker is abducted and Jhalil wounded by acid before the survivors of the Geryon Armada, led by Captain Angela Foster, manage to drive the kiande amedha back. They evacuate back to their stacked, Roth wary of Ahab – a Predator ally of Galgo Helder.

Galgo later discovers that the newly arrived Engineer has woken another of his people from one of the temples, and they are armed with black accelerant. The group devises a plan where Galgo and Ahab will run a diversion, Foster, Roth, Singer and Humble will board the Juggernaut and prepare it for take-off, after which Jill, Chris, Melville, Wearing, and Freebody will carry the wounded Jhalil to the ship.

Roth lures one of the Engineers away, and Foster, Singer and Humble get on board. It only works for a short time before the Engineer doubles back and launches the Juggernaut. Galgo and Ahab engage the second Engineer and come off second best. The others are surrounded by kiande amedha. Prometheus: Life and Death

Wearing is killed by the kiande amedha and Chris is taken. Melville, Jill, Freebody and the wounded Jhalil fall back regroup with Roth. Nearby, Galgo, having evaded the Engineer, is himself encircled by the kiande amedha.

Roth’s team is rescued by Captain Paget and they head back to the orbiting Hasdrubal. During the debrief Roth insists on going back to try and rescue Chris and Rucker. Paget tells her troops that it’s strictly volunteers only for the mission. Joining Roth and Paget are Ancane, Freebody, Yung, Anders, Wilson, Edderly, Cross, Berlitz, Azzopardi, Ganz, Jill and Melville. Delaria stays in orbit with Sharif, Danziger, Ngan and Morten, along with Lorimer and Goode. The Company man makes a deal with Jill to rights over Chris’s body to extract the kiande amedha she is no doubt carrying, if she gets top-level medical care.

Landing back on LV-223, Jill makes contact with Chris in the Hive and they home in on her signal. Chris finds Rucker who births a deformed Chestburster that quickly dies. Chris works out that the kiande amedha are sick and dying and she is carrying the last Queen embryo. The troops come under attack from the kiande amedha, but in the Hive Chris shows the Queen she is holding a grenade and the kiande amedha withdraw.

Ahab rescues Galgo and they make for the dropship, only to see an Engineer destroy it. The Engineer then starts attacking the troops, killing Ancane and Edderly, before they scatter. Chris communicates to the Queen that an Engineer is coming to destroy them all, and the matriarch leaves the Hive to fight it. The Queen seemingly kills the Engineer, just as the survivors – including Chris – arrive back at the LZ to find their dropship a burning wreckage. Aliens: Life and Death

Freebody and Cross do a recon sweep and are attacked by kiande amedha – then rescued by Ahab and Galgo. Their relief is short lived when the Predators from LV-797 land and approach the temple. Ahab walks out to meet them and bests their ‘champion’, resulting in an alliance. An kiande amedha horde attacks, trying to get Chris. Cross remotely calls down the freight shuttle from the Hasdrubal, then joins the other marines and Predators fighting the kiande amedha. Azzopardi falls and there are simply too many kiande amedha. Chris picks up a grenade and wades into the swarm. They bow down before her and she primes the explosive. The Queen Chestburster explodes out of her and she dies, releasing the grenade. It detonates taking the new Queen and good number of kiande amedha with it. The rest withdraw, and the Predators depart – Ahab joining them. AvP: Life and Death

On the Juggernaut, while the Engineer is in hypersleep, Foster, Singer and Humble determine the ship is heading to Earth – to complete the work that was supposed to commence 2000 years earlier; wiping out humanity. Singer manages to sabotage the controls dropping them to sub light speeds, and Foster uses the last of her grenades to kill the slumbering Engineer. The Juggernaut descends towards an apparently uninhabited world – but where, they do not know. Nor do they know when, if Singer’s assumptions about the Engineers being able to navigate time as well as space, are correct.

Back on LV-223, Paget’s survivors wait for the freight shuttle when the Engineer re-appears, badly wounded from its battle with the Queen. Bullets have some effect on the Engineer, but its personal shields remain intact. Melville tries to reason with it, but it tries to kill him, a short volley from Freebody’s smart gun saving him.

They retreat to an ampule chamber. Jill picks up one of them and they empty it into the tunnel in front of the advancing Engineer. It stands in the puddle and the pathogen reacts, causing the shields to fail and Paget to finally kill it.

Later on the Hasdrubal, Paget files a final report recommending a Black Alpha interdiction of LV-223, lists Foster, Singer and Humble as missing presumed dead and sets course for home. Prometheus: Life and Death

Under Dr. Eisenberg, the company establishes a long-term research facility at Forward Observation Post 2. They are to study the planet, the ruins, and to conduct the first close observation of the Hive and study the Kiande Amedha in its natural habitat with the aid of remote probes and synthetics.

Nov 7

Exploration of the Hive begins using Synthetics. The Hive is dormant, however. No Kiande Amedha activity is detected, though traces of them are discovered.

Nov 15

Kiande Amedha activity is sighted and the team exercises increases caution returning to the observation post. However, the Kiande Amedha express no interest in the scientific team.

Nov 25

Expedition One member, Weller, is killed by a Kiande Amedha. Eisenberg believes it is because of Weller's physical proximity to the Hive at the time of the attack, as the Kiande Amedha have otherwise continued to express no interest in the rest of the team.

Dec 12

The blooming of local flora occurs. Security chief McCullouch believes this signals the end of dormancy within the Kiande Amedha Hive. He suggests abandoning the forward observation posts for those at a safer distance. He is overruled, however, by Eisenberg.

Dec 14

A device evident of advanced extraterrestrial technology, possibly a weapon, with a sort of tribal flair, is discovered. It is unlike pilot technology and far more recent in age, less then a decade old, according to McCullouch. McCullouch again urgently requests to withdraw to a safer to distance and is again overruled by Eisenberg. Eisenberg does, however, take precautions of ordering radio traffic be kept to a bare minimum and camouflaging the post.

Music of the Spears 2224

Eccentric composer Damon Eddington has become disillusioned with the music industry of the future, which is dominated by soulless electronic cacophony performed by bands consisting of grotesquely deformed android musicians, and which has little time for the kind of old-fashioned, carefully recorded live music that he composes. Determined to finally create something that captivates the public's interest, Eddington approaches his superior at Synsound Corporation, a man named Keene, with a peculiar request — he wants Synsound to obtain for him a real, live Alien, so that he may record the creature's rage-filled screams and incorporate them into his Symphony of Hate, a musical masterpiece that he hopes will be his magnum opus.

Despite his indifference towards Eddington, Keene agrees the project may have potential and contacts his boss, Synsound CEO Yoriku, with a plan to steal a kiande amedha from the company's competitors, MedTech. Yoriku subsequently assigns his most trusted agent, a lethal ninja named Ahiro, the task of acquiring the specimen. Ahiro and his ninjas covertly break into MedTech's headquarters near the Synsound building in Manhattan and steal an Ovomorph from the secret laboratories beneath the building, losing four men and killing several kiande amedha "guard dogs" in the process.

The Ovomorph is installed in a containment cell constructed in the basement of Synsound's Presley Hall concert venue. There, Eddington is joined by bioengineers Michael Brangwen, a huge fan of the composer's work, and Darcy Vance, a workaholic who has little time for music. Ahiro is also assigned to them to watch over them. With the team assembled, the next task becomes finding a suitable host for the creature. To this end, Ahrio secures Ken Petrillo, a former musician acquaintance of Eddington's now so hopelessly addicted to jelly that he has joined a kiande amedha cult and actively desires to be host for a Chestburster. Eddington in particular is disturbed by the prospect of sacrificing a live human being for the project, particularly someone he used to live and work with. He tries to convince Petrillo to change his mind and seems to be getting through to the fanatical addict, but Ahiro intervenes, presenting Petrillo to the Ovomorph and watching as he is subdued by the Facehugger within.

After Petrillo's gruesome death, Eddington secretly consumes a vial of jelly he found in Petrillo's clothing before he was offered up to the Facehugger. He soon becomes obsessed with the kiande amedha, which he christens Mozart. When Mozart fails to make any suitable sounds for the sophisticated recording equipment installed in the enclosure, Eddington demands live prey be thrown to the creature to "stimulate" it. When cats and dogs provide little challenge for the kiande amedha, Eddington has Ahrio steal a bull and a panther.

Still unsatisfied and becoming increasingly unstable thanks to his growing jelly addiction, Eddington pushes for even more challenging creatures to be pitted against Mozart, leading Ahiro to kidnap five men to be thrown into the enclosure armed with electrostun rifles. Brangwen is appalled by the turn the project has taken. Eddington at this point had become unhinged and dispassionate and one by one they are thrown into the containment chamber, armed with an electrostun rifle to ensure they have a chance, while the audio of their ordeals is recorded.

With the necessary recordings made, the project begins to wind down. Brangwen attends a concert upstairs in the main concert hall for a break, while Darcy stays to spend a few more minutes with Mozart. Eddington, still obsessively seeking one final scream of kiande amedha rage for the climax of his Symphony of Hate, attacks Darcy and throws her to Mozart, but she manages to escape into the tunnels and flee through a secret escape hatch only she and Brangwen were aware of, although she is seriously wounded in the process. An electrical failure shorts out the recording booth, and when a delusional Eddington opens the chamber to record Mozart's slaughter of Darcy on a portable unit, the kiande amedha escapes and brutally kills him.

Mozart enters the concert hall upstairs, and after tearing the android performers apart, wades into the crowd, slaughtering the gathered concert-goers. In the midst of the carnage, a MedTech security team led by Chief Philip Rice that have been tracking the stolen Ovomorph burst into Presley Hall and eliminate Mozart. In the aftermath, the MedTech team discovers the containment cell in the building's basement, and kill Ahiro when he attacks them. Brangwen finds the wounded Darcy and gets her medical attention.

Three months later, Brangwen performs Eddington's piece, which he has completed posthumously himself, to a lacklustre crowd in a small concert venue. Aliens: Music of the Spears

Aliens vs Predator 2224

The Lector, a transport ship with a half-full barge of about fifteen million tons of rendered fish and animal products and the processor that did it, was headed for the planet Ryushi.

As Tom and Scott pilot their way to the colony (which is Tom's last long haul), their instruments registered a power surge. The scanners said that it was metallic, but it was moving too fast to be anything man-made.

This was the Yaujta ship Ne'dtesei, also headed for Ryushi, where its commander Dachande intends to lead several inexperienced un-Blooded hunters in their first Hunt. Arriving in orbit around Ryushi, the crew use Ovomorphs from a captive Queen held prisoner in the ship's hold to "seed" the planet with Kiande Amedha.

Dachande inspects the weapons his students will use on this training mission. Unfortunately, one of his pupils rebels, and a fight takes place. The victor attempts to claim his prize when Dachande stops him. They fight, but Dachande easily wins, but he will have to watch this one.

The batch of Ovomorphs land on Ryushi, and the facehuggers find hosts. The Yautja land afterwards, see that the Kiande Amedha have hatched, and begin their hunt. One Yautja dies, but the rest all claims a trophy. Dachande inspects each kill, then with a broken off Kiande Amedha finger, engraves his clan symbol on their foreheads.

Machiko Unknown to the band of Yautja, the human rhynth-farming colony Prosperity Wells has been established on Ryushi since they last visited. The settlement's new administrator, Machiko Noguchi, is preparing for the much-anticipated harvest, when the rhynth reared by the ranchers over the last few years will be collected by the Lector and taken off-world for slaughter. However, Ackland finds several of his rhynth are apparently suffering from a mystery illness, while his employee Roth discovers several dead crab-like creatures (facehuggers) near where the animals were pastured. Not wanting to risk the harvest, Ackland keeps the incident quiet, while he has Roth lie to the colony veterinarian Dr. Kesar Revna about where she found the dead creatures.

Kesar Bobby Intrigued by the biologically unique specimens, Kesar heads out to where Roth claims to have found the dead creatures to investigate. Instead of more specimens, he instead discovers the Ne'dtesi and its crew, who have set down for their Hunt. When he is discovered, Kesar panics, and in attempting to flee on his speeder he accidentally crashes into the Ne'dtesi, destroying it and killing himself. With Dachande incapacitated by the explosion and his lieutenants killed, the young Yautja find themselves leaderless. One of their member, Tichinde, assumes command of the group, killing his peer 'Aseigan when he protests, and elects that the inexperienced Yautja will attack the humans they now realize are on Ryushi, relishing the challenge. To this end, the group assaults one of the outlying ranch houses and slaughters its occupants, the Sheldons, although their young son Bobby escapes on a speeder.

rynth miriam At the main colony complex, the Lector arrives and loading of the rhynth begins. A large party is organized in celebration of the harvest, and even the usually uptight Machiko joins in the festivities. However, when she learns of Kesar's disappearance from his wife, Dr. Miriam Revna, the colony's doctor, she becomes concerned. These feelings are compounded when she discovers a report Kesar has written about the dead creatures Roth found, and realizes that Kesar must have gone looking for them. Her thoughts are interrupted by Scott, one of the Lector's pilots, who drunkenly propositions her. After fighting him off, the beaten Scott is helped back to the ship by Tom, the vessel's second pilot, whereupon the two are attacked by Kiande Amedha born from the impregnated rhynth.

The following morning, Machiko has the colony's pilot fly her out in search of Kesar in the colony's copter — they discover the destroyed Ne'dtesi as well as the still-unconscious Dachande, whom they return to the colony. Meanwhile, the traumatized Bobby arrives at the colony with a story of monsters slaughtering his family. When he recognizes Dachande's body and panics, Machiko realizes there must be more of the hunters on Ryushi. She leaves Miriam to tend to Dachande while she herself organizes defensive preparations for the colony. She goes to contact the crew of the Lector, but finds that the ship is infested with Kiande Amedha. The emerging creatures are briefly held at bay by Gkyaun, one of the young Yautja, but the creatures soon overcome the inexperienced hunter and swarm into the colony. At the same time, the remaining Yautja attack the town, killing any colonists they find.

The surviving humans retreat inside the operations building and barricade the doors, and Machiko comes up with a plan for them to escape. She first goes to collect Miriam, who is still in her lab, only for the two to be attacked there by Tichinde. They are saved by the resuscitated Dachande, and make their escape while the two creatures fight. Dachande easily kills the traitorous Tichinde. Meanwhile, Machiko and Miriam take the copter and use the aircraft to scare the corralled rhynth out of their enclosure — the stampeding animals crush the warring Kiande Amedha and Yautja as they charge through the colony. Amidst the chaos, the surviving colonists board vehicles and flee the town.

Dachande barely escapes the stampeding animals by climbing a tower; Miriam recognizes him as the one who saved them and makes Machiko try to save him. However, the copter collides with the tower and crashes. Miriam is killed in the impact, while Machiko is found by Scott and Tom, who have escaped the Hive aboard the Lector. The three encounter Dachande, who spares them out of respect for Machiko's attempt to save him, before the group is again attacked by Kiande Amedha. They are forced back into the operations building, where Tom is killed by the birth of the Chestburster that had been growing inside him. Realizing he is to share his crewmate's fate, Scott has Machiko shoot him dead, but not before helping her formulate a plan to destroy the remaining Kiande Amedha.

Machiko and Dachande head into the Lector, fighting their way through the Hive. While Dachande holds an escape pod, Machiko heads to the ship's bridge and programs the vessel's cargo barge, still in orbit around the planet, to plummet onto Prosperity Wells, hoping the impact and explosion will obliterate the Kiande Amedha scourge. As they attempt to flee they are attacked by the Hive's Queen; Dachande is mortally wounded fighting the creature, but Machiko manages to kill it by decapitating it with the escape pod's airlock door.

The pod carries Machiko and Dachande safely away from the colony before it is destroyed, the surviving Kiande Amedha along with it. With his dying breath, Dachande marks Machiko with Kiande Amedha blood, Blooding her in recognition of her prowess in combat, before passing away. The colonists are eventually rescued from Ryushi by the USCM, although Machiko elects to stay behind.

Two years later, the Yautja return to Ryushi, and Machiko goes to meet them. Seeing the mark on he forehead, the group's leader, Vk'leita, invites Machiko to join his clan. Aliens vs Predator comic

Ellis 2225

Six months prior to the destruction of DS 949.

Company recruiting brochures had promised Brian Ellis mental stimulation and real-time training on the cutting edge of robotics and synthetic repair six months ago. His training program taught him how to run M.A.X., not to jeopardize the integrity of the suit unless in an extreme emergency. Ellis graduated at the top of his class in synthetics with high-percentile comprehension of the Company program.

8 days prior to the Nemesis arriving at DS949.

A mining facility on the planet Traon, where they are mining siluriom deposits, experiences a kiande amedha outbreak. At first, there were 2 creatures found in an excavator they reclaimed from their Proteus Base. They managed to confine the outbreak to number one shaft, and sealed off the blast barrier. However, 31 were still trapped down there. There was a fault on the deep-level hoist where acid burnt through a cable there. All communication lines were severed.

[Berserker] A mining facility on the planet Traon, where they are mining siluriom deposits, experiences a kiande amedha outbreak. A Weyland-Yutani Berserker cleanup team, under leadership of Izzard, is dispatched to eradicate the creatures. They arrive on the Hunter/Killer Nemesis. Izzard and Lara observe from the surface. The ground team consist of convict volunteers "Teepee" Teape, "The Candyman" Pulaski and ground leader Martin Jess, along with the currently comatose Berserker unit itself, nicknamed M.A.X.

While prepping for the mission, the men go on a round of jibes at each other as Ellis confirms M.A.X. is still in deep sedation, but Izzard orders a full systems check nonetheless.

Supervisor Sturges meets with the Nemesis crew. He informs them about their infestation problem that occured 8 days ago. The quickest way to the survivors is straight down Shaft One. The plan is to place a failsafe at the midway junction.

The ground team enter the deep mine shafts where the outbreak has been contained. Once they hit the bottom of the shaft, they encounter a lone Facehugger. They then locate the damaged hoist and prep to hook up a splice as they set a nuclear bomb with an eight-hour countdown as a failsafe.

Teape, as point man, goes down the shaft alone, killing one kiande amedha on the way down. Once he emerges from the shaft, he secures his mask and voyages into the Hive. Teape allows himself to be captured by the kiande amedha so that they will take him into the heart of their Hive, revealing the approximate location of the resident Queen - provided that Teape remains totally docile. As per Izzard, the kiande amedha's prime motivation is to reproduce. the human body is more valuable as a live incubator than dead meat.

Once Teape begins to get cocooned, M.A.X. is sent down the shaft and activated by Brian Ellis. M.A.X. starts eliminating all kiande amedha in the area. a path of destruction into the Hive, saving Teape before he can be impregnated by a Facehugger and slaughtering the Queen. The mine is clear, although many of the resident miners have perished. M.A.X. has the adrenalin flushed from its system, and is sedated again.

Their job done, the team load up aboard the Nemesis, and head for home, looking forward to a period of down time following another successful operation. Lara notices fluctuations on M.A.X.'s R.F. monitor, but Ellis didn't think it was serious enough to report. Lara clarifies that anything that goes wrong with M.A.X. she needs to hear about it.

Less than 24 hours after lifting off, Izzard is contacted by Grigson, the team's Weyland-Yutani handler and Executive Vice President, with orders to proceed immediately to the D.S. Service Terminal in Quad 949. They believe there is another infestation, and now the station is out of contact. The terminal has a staff of over 400, and can cater for the same number of stopover or transfer passengers. It carries full warehousing, medical and recreational facilities. it is also capable of servicing and repairing up to 4 galaxy class vessels at once. including ships' crews, that could close on a thousand people.

Despite their disapproval and Teape's increasingly fragile mental state, the squad has no choice but to comply.

Teape is having nightmares again that the rest of his team is cocooned with him, having alreay had a Chestbursters burst through their ribcage. The kiande amedha approaches him, removes his mask, and a Facehugger attacks him. Despite Jess's advice, Teape refuses medication to help him sleep.

Ellis consults with Lara about M.A.X.. The monitor started jumping 5 minutes ago. He increased the oxygen level and eased back on the sedative to settle M.A.X. down. With the heart rate down, Ellis ran an EKG but it came back normal. Lara suggests they put in for a replacement unit when they return to base.

The Nemesis arrives at the station to find it lifeless and quiet. They can see acid burn damage on the lower hull, and managed to detect at least one adult kiande amedha through the glass in the bio-dome.

Jess suggests they should request more support, but Izzard suggests they take a look first. Lara pulls up the station's outline plan for a typical DS terminal. if they can get to the command hub and hook up a relay they can tap into the entire communications network. Izzard is about to order Jess to do it when Lara volunteers - she is communications officer, so it is her job.

As the crew gear up, Izzard attempts to stop her due to his unrequited feelings towards her, stemming from a previous sexual relationship. He eventually concedes when Lara points out it is her job as communications officer.

Facehuggers hiding in the elevator ambushed the team, one of which almost subdues Lara. They reach the station's command center with only a single adult kiande amedha crossing their path. The command hub is littered with mangled corpses of both humans and kiande amedha. They press on to get to the communication room, encounting more adult drones en route.

Lara carries out the necessary patch. The station's emergency power system's not enough to move the cameras, however. The team regroups aboard the Nemesis, fighting off several kiande amedha on their way out. A check of the surveillance system reveals that the station has been totally overrun, with secretions rendering some cameras inoperative and that there cannot possibly be any survivors. They guess that the Hive is located in the docking bay area.

Izzard tells Grigson they'll need at least one unit of Marines to handle the infestation, but Grigson demands there be no outsiders involved. He ordered the station be cleansed and reclaimed intact rather than destroyed with a nuclear strike (as Izzard suggested). Gibson orders Izzard to switch to a secure channel for further orders.

The crew, waiting to hear from Izzard, discuss how they came to be on the team. Izzard arrives and delivers the news to the team, that they are on their own and no fail-safe devices are to be used. They are to attempt to secure the terminal intact. This does not sit well with the ground team, who realise they will be facing hundreds of kiande amedha, almost impossible odds.

With Izzard and Lara guiding them, Jess, Pulaski and Teape return to DS 949, heading for the main Hive in one of the docking bays. They secure the station section by section, starting with the tropic-dome. Ellis is forced to follow behind with the comatose M.A.X. as the station's shielding will prevent the cyborg from being activated remotely - despite that Ellis' contract specifically stipulating a non-combat role.

While en route, Lara detects M.A.X.'s monitors fluctuating again, and the ECG is abnormal. Ellis administered .5 ccs of atropine to M.A.X. 5 minutes ago, and M.A.X. is stabilizing again. Ellis is concerned about blood sugar levels - there's evidence of pancreatic deterioration. If it rises again, Ellis plans to administer insulin.

Lara talks to Izzard off-comm, saying they need to abort as M.A.X. is dying. They are keeping him going with drugs but every vital function shows signs of deteriation. Izzard will put in for a replacement - but only after the mission is over. Lara disagrees with Izzard - that the risk is not worth all their lives.

Things initially go according to plan, but their communications with Izzard and Lara start to fail as the kiande amedha attack en masse. The ground team can only reach Ellis.

Lara rushes aboard to try and fix the problem; she is again attacked by a Facehugger in the command center.

Pulaski gets mortally injured by a drone.

Izzard talks to Grigson, repeating his suggestion to nuke the station. Grigson denies the request again as they need to recover the data onboard.

Teape is captured by drones prematurely.

Lara just barely manages to seal the Facehugger inside a refrigerator unit before getting the comms systems back on line. The team reestablishes contact just as Teape is carried into the docking bay. He relays to Command the reason why the Company wants everything kept quiet: the kiande amedha were brought aboard on a Weyland-Yutani vessel called the Trader, revealing that the company knew and was responsible.

Aliens: Berserker Izzard orders Ellis to power up M.A.X., but to their horror the Berserker grinds to a halt just moments after activating. Ellis believes the operator in M.A.X. is dying, so Ellis it up, discovering that he was right - rendering the machine useless.

When Jess is also captured by the kiande amedha, a desperate Ellis climbs inside the empty Berserker himself to take control. The M.A.X. interface for the Berserker unit is surgically implanted. Ellis has read the manual, and knows the suit is capable of creating its own interface in an emergency.

Once Ellis is inside, the machine painfully bores a neurological link into his brain. Ellis instintively fights the machine for control, but Lara instructs him to relax and let the machine do the work. Ellis blasts his way into the Hive, arriving too late for Teape, who is impregnated with a Chestburster. Jess is not wearing a cut-out beacon, so Ellis fights the targeting system to free Jess after he takes out the Queen. Teape, however, was killed from acid splash.

Izzard finally reveals the reason for their suicidal incursion - Weyland-Yutani needs the flight data from the Trader so that they can cover up their involvement in the infestation. Jess locates the primary console and initiates the data transfer from the Trader to the Nemesis.

Jess and the Berserker fight their way back out of the Hive, Ellis struggling to maintain mental control.

Meanwhile Izzard has also come aboard DS 949, joining Lara in the command center - with a failsafe device. It will set off the terminal's own reactor within 12 minutes. As he does, he reveals to everyone that there can be no witnesses. He is willing to let Jess and Ellis die - but he bargained with the company for Lara to be spared, provided they rekindle their relationship. He only has 4 more runs to go. During his speech to her, he reaches into the fridge to get the champagne Pulaski found earlier. He is too late to see the Facehugger Lara earlier trapped in the refrigerator, which quickly subdues Izzard.

With Jess and Ellis on the verge of being overrun by kiande amedha, Lara leaves Izzard to the Facehugger and takes control of his shuttle to rescue them. They get away with just enough time to spare as the station detonates, taking out the Nemesis with it.

Jess eases Ellis out of the Berserker suit, worried that his ordeal may have caused permanent brain damage but hopeful that he will recover. With only around three days air supply left aboard the short-range shuttle, the three survivors fly off to an uncertain future. Aliens: Berserker

Machiko 2225

72 hours after the destruction of DS 949.

Machiko Noguchi, a survivor of the colony on Ryushi, is journeying aboard a massive Yautja ship when a freshly caught Lou-dte Kalei (Queen) snaps her tethers, destroying all in her path. Unfortunately for her, Machiko is in that path. Then her human ingenuity marked her as an outcast. Now the thrill of the Hunt is over.

Meanwhile, Jesse, Lara, and Ellis, remnants of a bug-hunter team that wiped out an Kiande Amedha infestation in a Company space station, know too many secrets to be allowed to live. They are being set up by a ruthless ambitious Company boss who will stop at nothing to silence them forever.

The Yautja converge on the seed planet, Bunda, for the biggest bug-hunt yet, each taking position to draw first blood. Machiko, now a full-fledged member of the Yautja clan, is forced into a duel in order to claim her rightful place in the upcoming hunt. However, when Jesse, Lara, and Ellis show up, what began as sport becomes serious business.

Machiko Noguchi abandons her Yautja allies and joins the human survivors. However, perhaps she will reconsider her position when the humans find themselves caught between the ultimate in rocks and hard places! It is the final battle of this all-out war, with the kiande amedha on one side and Yautja on the other, and the out-manned humans hang their only hopes on a fearsome and uncontrollable suit of MAX Berserker armor! AvP Duel 2225

On the ship, Brilliant, the crew is: Captain Glass, Carlson, Cegeletti, Megyesi, France, Bowen, Reed, Sali, Sgt. Lesser, and Lt. Murphy (pilot).

Captain Glass picks up a signal from Ryushi (Sali and the computer are 82% sure it's a distress signal; 99.7% sure it's non-human in origin). Murphy takes them down as Sgt Lesser gets info about Ryushi. The plan is fast insertion, recon and rescue. Otherwise it's body-bag and salvage duty. Megyesi believes it to be Kiande Amedha, which Reed backs up: they all received the drill, "Acheron Fiasco," at the Academy - that incident also started with a non-human distress call. At touchdown, they search for Machiko Noguchi as Murphy takes takes the ship back into orbit. She will rendez-vous with the team at their next signal, or 1 planet day. (One day is 33 hours, 19 of it double-sun daylight.)

They discover Machiko gone, so hunt for the Yautja. Every marine across the galaxy knew what to look for. After the "Acheron Fiasco" and a few other incidents, the Corps forced Weyland-Yetani to reveal what they knew about the Kiande Amedha. The company didn't like it, but wanted marine protection for their colonies. Their computer reconstructions were extremely detailed.

They find a Yautja ship, crashed into a mountainside. They are watched from above by two Yautja. Entering it, the soldiers are attacked by a briar wolf (indigenous). Bowen flips, firing blindly, believing it to be a Kiande Amedha. They find one Yautja alive, unconscious. they prepare to bring it back to Research when Carlson finds the tied-up Queen in the back of the ship. Carlson believed it dead, but the Queen kills him. The soldiers then kill her. They leave the ship, but Bowen flips again and breaks formation, racing to the ATV. Kiande Amedha rise from the sands and kill him. A Yautja with its left hand missing lands in the fray to kill the Kiande Amedha, and the soldiers use the distraction to get to the ATV. The one-handed Yautja approaches the soldiers and, although Cogeletti offers the hand of friendship, the Yautja kills her. Though he is driven away, a second Yautja jumps them but is killed.

They retreat back to Machiko's place, to use her antenna array to boost a signal past Cygni Minor's interference, to call Murphy in for a dust-off.

Hybrid A Chestburster erupts from the captive Yautja. It's mouth looks just like the Yautja's mouth: a hybrid! The Yautja attacks at that point, watching as Murphy comes in. They blow it up while still in the sky.

The marines retreat to Prosperity Wells, but the hybrid hitches onto the ATV. Since the colony was destroyed, they plant motion detectors 50 yards out, and a row of mines behind them.

After daylight, the hybrid, now an adult, kills Reed. The Yautja arrives, killing Megyeshi. Captain Glass activates the mines, killing one Yautja, but only injuring the other.

Captain Glass and France are running from the hybrid Kiande Amedha, towards their ATV. When the captain trips, France turns and uses his last three rounds to attack the Kiande Amedha. He misses, and the Kiande Amedha kills France. The Captain uses the distraction and runs

The one-handed Yautja hears the shots France fired and locates Captain Glass just as the hybrid Kiande Amedha does. The hybrid has the upper hand until Glass lends a hand. The hybrid turns to attack him, and the Yautja uses that time to strike, and kills the hybrid. The human and the Yautja collapse from exhaust, striking a mutual peace, awaiting rescue. AvP Duel

AvP: The Web 2226

In space, a ship is lost; the navi-comp and exterior sensors are shot. Captain Rebeck and crew have no idea how long they've drifted in hyper-sleep, and they are way off the commercial lanes, since they cannot pick up any navigation markers. They become edgy. The captain and Icart nearly brawl, but Cord breaks it up. The computer picks up a distress beacon, and the Rebeck decides to lock onto it, hoping to replace his fried systems.

A spaceship crew, led by Penzier, discovers a crashed orbital factory - salvage scrap alone would be worth a fortune. However, a ravenous swarm of Kiande Amedha kill their pilot, Jude, as well as Penzier before they get inside. They take refuge in the rusting hulk.

A broadcast voice informs them they are safe inside; a pheromone field prevents the Kiande Amedha from entering. Inside, the decor is all original, from the oldest estates on earth- quite priceless. They are introduced to aging billionaire industrialist Robert Sheldon, a survivor from the first human encounter with both Kiande Amedha and Yautja on Ryushi - but he has transformed himself into a barely human creature that lives in some fluid. The vessel he lives in mimics a spider's image. He has lived here for thirty years, working to extract revenge on the Yautja. Moreover, he intends to go to war with them, and his human visitors realize that their host may be the greatest monster of all. AvP: The Web

On the ice planet Nivalis-4, Miss Jean Dupal works at a Weyland-Yutani Artificial Humanoid Fabrication Plant as a Socialization Specialist where she teaches newly designed synthetics human traits. The synthetics were designed by Science Officer Jeromy Harris, who Miss Dupal has called her fiance and husband on multiple occasions. It seems the idea of their marriage was nothing but a fabrication stemming from a past incident. Jean survived being trapped in a room for three weeks with a kiande amedha that incubated inside Officer Harris' chest before killing him and terrorizing Miss Dupal.

After Karl Bennett, a representative of Weyland-Yutani, deems the Nivalis-4 fabrication plant worthy of producing the next, state of the art, line of synthetics, Chief Administrator Joshua Alder orders Miss Dupaul off-world, stating her behavior has been volatile since her incident with the alien. He also orders all previous synthetic models to wage war against a nearby Hive to wipe them out--both the kiande amedha and the obsolete artificial people. In protest Miss Jean Dupaul goes with them into the Hive where she purposefully allows herself to be impregnated, telling the Queen she “has something [she] wants” and returns to the facility for one final act of revenge. Charley 2227

Two carriers took the Ovomorphs off-world. The first ship was fine; the second had problems. Panicked SOS communications came from the second ship, the 'cargo' gets loose, then radio silence. The first carrier is ordered to continue home and leave the second ship alone. The Yautja was setting up for a Hunt; the followed the first ship to the research facility. A video feed reveals what happened to the station: some Yautja attacked and herded humans into the vault with the Ovomorphs and locked it behind them.

Ford sets Charley by having Hilary organized the entire job of defrauding a rival corporation, but only Charley is arrested.

WY Prison Colony. During a rest period, Charley tends to herself, reminiscing about her lover Elliot, when another inmate picks a fight with her. She wins, but the guards beat on her.

Elliot Earth. Elliot meets his dinner date, Hilary. After a dinner, they return to his apartment. The next morning, he rushes to a meeting with his boss and former step-mother, Ms Ford. She has a job for Elliot, which could get him reunited with Charley. Without telling him what the job is, she tells him to go to a meeting after picking up Charley from the airport.

They rendez-vous with Pierce, Woz, and Elomo who were hired to make sure Charley and Elliot "behave" themselves. They tell the duo to meet them at Miyazanki Station; they take off at 2200 hours. The disks left for them explain the mission: the off-world transport will take them to a bio-tech research facility (they'll need to hack the locks). They're creating military applications from geno-research. They must crack the safe and take the contents. After, Ford would provide a password for a getaway vehicle. As Elliot listens to this debriefing, Charley discovers clues that a female had spent the night with Charley. She assumes he was being unfaithful.

Once the perimeter motions were down, the team enter the research facility, with Kiande Amedha waiting in the shadows. Elsewhere, one Yautja battles Kiande Amedha, accidentally knocking out main power. The emergency reserves kick in, just an Kiande Amedha attacks the humans. Pierce kills it. They can't get out, since the place went into lock down after the power outage. Just when they're wondering where the guards are, they find them cocooned with their chests already burst open. When another wave of Kiande Amedha come, Elliot and Charley try to separate themselves from the hired gins, but find a vault of already-hatched Kiande Amedha Ovomorphs. It was a physical specimen the hired guns were supposed to retrieve. Elliot begins downloading the computer logs, then he and Charley run while Kiande Amedha attack the other three. On the run, Elliot tries to reach Ford, without success.

Meanwhile, the Yautja discovers the remains of the first Kiande Amedha killed by Pierce. At last reaching Ford, she tells Elliot to email her the files before she provides the escape codes. Elliot, however, plans to only email a few files - enough to prove they have the files, and give the rest after they receive the codes. Unfortunately, Kiande Amedha arrive. The hired guns intercept and save them.

Taking them into a room, Elomo is attacked by a Facehugger, which she kills. She forces Elliot to send Ford the files, making backups just in case. They watch a video feed of what happened to the station. They also realize the facility isn't a bio-tech plant (no logos). It's a secret research facility. Pierce relates a story told to him by Ostterman, and Otterman's battle with the Yautja. Everything done, they plan to leave Charley and Elliot and take off when the Yautja attacks them. It kills Elomo and Pierce.

An Kiande Amedha attacks, saving Charley and Elliot from the Yautja. The two run off to try and catch Woz. Charley, however, locks Elliot in the hallway until he tells her the truth about his evening date. He informs her that it was with Hilary, their old friend. Though the rest of the gang was caught, only Charley was arrested. Elliot was trying to find something for her next appeal case. He wanted to get her talking, but she drank too much, threw up, and passed out.

Aliens vs Predator: Xenogenesis As Woz manages to get out of the facility, Charley admits she believes Elliot's story. Elliot then guessed why the Yautja was in the facility too. Woz gets to the shuttle, but it doesn't accept Fred's password. When Charley and Elliot get outside as well, he forces Elliot to call Ford. Then the Yautja kills Woz. As Charley distracts the Yautja, Ford gives the codes to Elliot. However, in shooting the Yautja, she herded the Yautja into their escape ship. Charley refuses to get in the ship, believing the Yautja isn't dead. They jump off the ship once it cleared the complex.

Charley and Elliot surmised that Ford set Charley up from the start. Yet, though she won't get the files Elliot retrieved, she'd get the Yautja corpse. As a final note, he shows Charley three envelopes that were in the ship, addressed to the hired guns, not them. They weren't expected to finish the job.

Waking up, the Yautja activates his self-destruct just as the ship lands, killing Ford and a few henchmen. Back at her office, W Shaw walks into Ford's old office (and his new one). AvP: Xenogenesis

Sept 21

12:38 AM. Zeta site.

Survey team 12 reports their first significant contact with Kiande Amedha. It is believed to be connected with an artifact of unknown origin later discovered in the central chamber. The Artifact is a piece of pilot technology, its purpose unknown, but when activated it has a negative effect on the Kiande Amedha behavior.

When several combat synthetics are sent in, they fail to make the 100 feet between the elevator and the chamber. The last one becomes non-functional within sight of the artifact.

7:06 PM. Forward Observation Pod 5.

General Rykov and Dr. Eisenberg learn of the Artifact on Planet LV-1201. They send in a team of Combat Synthetics to retrieve the Artifact. Unfortunately, they didn't make it to the Artifact and were killed by many Praetorians. Rykov informs Dunya about the situation they're in and tells her that he has found a buyer for the Artifact. Dunya is the one who has to go to the Pilot Ruins and find the Artifact.

11:40 PM. Zeta Site.

Popov transports Dunya and two Iron Bears in an APC to an entrance to the Zeta Hive. The two Iron Bears escort Dunya to an elevator and down into the Kiande Amedha Hive. While defending Dunya from the Kiande Amedha, the two Iron Bears are killed. Dunya rushes through passageways, avoiding Kiande Amedha, until arriving at the Artifact Chamber. Dunya is safe for the time being as the Kiande Amedha are unable to come into the Artifact Chamber. Rykov tells her to find a receptacle to disable the Artifact using the disruption device, given to her by a scientist. After a long time of waiting, the online Pilot systems shut down. However, this causes damage to the entrance of the Artifact Chamber so she's forced to find an alternative route.

Sept 22

7:32 AM. Egg Chamber

When Dunya disabled the Artifact, the Yautja who was frozen in the stasis fields is freed after 500 years. The Yautja rushes to the Artifact Chamber and arrives in time to spot Dunya steal the Artifact. The Yautja chases after her to return the Artifact, but a group of Kiande Amedha surround him. The Yautja easily overpowers the Kiande Amedha and continues through the Pilot Ruins behind Dunya.

7:46 AM. Artifact Chamber

Dunya climbs up to a platform above in the Artifact Chamber through a wave of Kiande Amedha, and eventually gets to a control room. She takes an elevator up to a platform above. Avoiding Facehuggers and crawling under rocks, Dunya gets to a Yautja trophy room with skulls hung up on the wall. She presses on, and after facing a powerful Praetorian which is no threat to her and a few Facehuggers, she exits Zeta site and receives new objectives.

As soon as Dunya leaves the Artifact Chamber, the Yautja shadows her, finding alternate avenues to keep up with her until he goes into the trophy room and jumps up onto platforms and over the wall just behind Dunya. The Yautja then fends off Kiande Amedha long enough to make it out of Zeta site through the same door as Dunya. Dunya makes her way to Pod 5. The Yautja somehow manages to get to Pod 5 but it is unknown which way he went.

9:34 AM. Zeta Site

Rykov tells Dunya where the APC is located. She has to make her way to the extraction zone to be picked up. The APC locator is activated, appearing Dunya's Motion Tracker to make it easier to find. She races by foot along the surface of the planet, evading Kiande Amedha and indigenous creatures and finds the APC. Chekov is there to pick her up. In the APC, Dunya confirms Rykov's suspicions that some other species using the Artifact - the Yautja.

11:16 AM. Pod 5 walkway by the water pumping station.

The Yautja finds an access panel which he need to get through, pulls the panel off, and throws it off the platform to the ground. It lands on a human on the crater floor, killing him. The Yautja climbs through the hole into Pod 5 and races toward the big boiler room, killing more humans along the way. He kills two Combat Synthetics and enters the control room. The Yautja hacks into the Pod's system to find the location of the Artifact: Storage Area C.

11:25 AM. Pod 5

After resting in Pod 5 with Dimitri, Rykov informs Dunya that Kiande Amedha have breached the water walk. He orders Dimitri to go to the water walk to meet Chekov and retrieve the Artifact so they can take it to another pod. She goes to Storage Area C to check on the Artifact. She arrives in time to see a Yautja in the Artifact room but it disappears in front of her very eyes. The Yautja had activated its cloaking device. Eisenberg blows up the walkways connecting Pod 5 to Pods 2 and 4 and orders Dunya to get to the cargo lift for evacuation.

After getting the Artifact, the Yautja leaves Storage Area C in search for a communications room to broadcast a message to any nearby Yautja ships. He does just that, sending his current coordinates to any other Yautja nearby. However, the Yautja collapses to the floor in pain. The Ovomorph planted inside him 500 years ago has hatched. A Chestburster breaks its way through the Yautja's chest, killing him.

The Artifact is later retrieved by a Drone Kiande Amedha.

Location: Storage Area in Pod 5

Dunya Dunya sets on her way towards the cargo lift, encountering Runner Kiande Amedha along the way. In the large cargo room, she gets to the elevator when another sweep of Kiande Amedha crawl into the room. With the help of deployable Sentry Guns, she manages to fend them off and reach the cargo bay, catching up with Rykov. As Dimitri hasn't returned since he went to secure the breach, Rykov assumed he's dead until Dimitri radios in. Rykov informs tells Dimitri that they're evacuating Pod 5. Ivan, Chekov and Rykov take the cargo lift down to the crater bottom while Dunya stays at the cargo bay, defending it with her remaining Sentry and Turret Guns until Dimitri arrives. When Dimitri arrives, he informs Dunya that he took a detour through excavation storage before going to the walkway, so he have just missed Chekov. They both go down the cargo lift to the bottom of the pods where they catch up with Eisenberg.

Hybrid 12:05 PM. Communications Room in Pod 5

After the Yautja is killed, the Chestburster hides in the room as a Corporate tries to determine what made the unauthorized broadcast. He radios to a team about the mystery creature holding the Artifact that's lying dead on the floor. Upon leaving the room, the Corporate is killed by a Runner Kiande Amedha.

The Chestburster had to avoid enemies and find a food supply. It evades the humans and made its way to the cloak room where an Kiande Amedha helped it to escape. As it goes above the ceiling and down to the corridor, a few fully-grown Kiande Amedha distract nearby guards so that the Chestburster gets to the Pod 5 Morgue. There, it has a full food supply and soon evolves.

Sept 23

3:28 AM. Pod 5 Morgue.

PredAlien A Corporate enters the Morgue while radioing to others that Kiande Amedha are everywhere in the pod. However, the Chestburster, now a Predalien, kills him and escapes through a vent in the ceiling to find the Artifact and return it to the Hive. It disables the Electrified Duct Control, shutting down the electrified grates. With the grates unprotected, it destroys Sentry Gun controls in the room nearby and proceeds eventually to a room near the Artifact.

Chekov sent a team to collect the Artifact. Ivan, Popov and a few synthetics arrive in the room to get the Artifact before Pod 5 is blown up. Ivan and Popov manage to escape before the first charges goes off, so they go down to the extraction point. The first charges kills the remaining Kiande Amedha in the room, forcing the Predalien to abandon the Artifact before the room comes down. The Predalien finds and destroys the Security Array Access panel, disables the electric girders, and crawls out of a shaft to exit Pod 5.

7:02 AM. Aboard Pod 5

After retrieving the Artifact, Popov and a few Combat Synthetics are killed. Other Kiande Amedha, plus the Predalien, escape the pod by a beam on the top. However, where the Artifact is, next to Popov, a Drone Kiande Amedha appears next to it. Nonetheless, it's too late as Dr. Eisenberg makes his final order regarding Pod 5.

7:02 AM. Beneath the Forward Observation Pods.

Once the lift broke away, Dunya realizes there's no chance to save the pod. The only option is to destroy Pod 5 before the Kiande Amedha find a way to spread to other pods. Eisenberg rules out any survivors and orders the removal of Pod 5 from the rest of the pods. AvP2: Primal Hunt

Gateway Station, Earth.

Weyland-Yutani Weapons Division, Oversight Committee.

Summary of Meeting Concerning the Loss of Pod 5.

The loss of Pod 5 is a significant setback for operations on LV-1201. Though the pod contained only secondary systems, crew quarters and recreation facilities, its loss serves to justify the concerns some committee members have long felt regarding Dr. Eisenberg's oversight of the project. Rather than wait for an official explanation from Dr. Eisenberg, the committee has authorized the immediate departure of a class 2 investigative team and auditor for LV-1201 with the intention of conducting an independent investigation into the events leading to the severing of Pod 5. Until more data is available the priority must be stabilizing the situation on LV-1201 before any more mistakes are made.

Nov 23

10:18 PM

Onboard the Primary Operations Complex on LV-1201, Eisenberg and a scientist talk about the loss of Pod 5 and "potential relics" going missing at the Zeta dig site. Eisenberg downplays the importance of the relic in comparison to knowledge from his Kiande Amedha studies.

Nov 24

Approx. 3 AM

An impregnated Technician has a chest buster erupt through his chest. It escapes through a nearby open window, evading security patrols, and heads to animal kennels across the Primary Operations Complex. There, it matures into an adult, feeding on the cats and dogs contained inside.

Approx 2 PM.

Two scientists encounter the Kiande Amedha drone in the animal kennels as it escapes into the base and ultimately frees other Kiande Amedha test subjects. Although the test subjects are quickly destroyed, the original specimen evades capture.

Meanwhile, Gen. Rykov begins getting reports of an invisible, deadly force near the North Landing Pad at the Primary Operations Complex. Rykov believes it to be the "Predators" he encountered before.

10:30 PM

The class 2 investigative team leaves LV-1201 for return to Earth.

Meanwhile, Eisenberg is questioned regarding the events of September 22nd. Eisenberg, however, is uncooperative and hostile. He dismisses all concerns for security and loss of important artifacts from Zeta site and elsewhere as "pure fancy" on the part of the investigative team. The committee recommends Dr. Eisenberg be removed from not only the project, but also any position of authority on LV-1201.

Nov 25

5:18 AM.

A company technician alerts his superior regarding the escaped Kiande Amedha, still running free about the base and working itself into the lower levels of the Primary Operations Complex. A containment strategy is put into effect and sentry guns are deployed, but it fails to stop the Kiande Amedha. It escapes through the pipes in the outflow system, through a breach created by a large explosion.

Sparse reports indicate a "Predator" moving towards the lower levels prior to the explosion.

Approx. 6 AM

At the Primary Operations Complex, with the risk of an infestation, the officer on deck orders the distress beacon and general alert activated, to gain time to get civilians to shelters. Containment teams are sent to the outflow system breach to hold off the pending Kiande Amedha infestation.

However, Eisenberg prevents the Distress signal from being sent, to avoid embarrassment and legal proceedings. He also sent transmissions to Rykov.

Because of this, the Primary Operations Complex was quickly overrun by a Kiande Amedha horde, entering the base through the outflow system. Pockets of survivors were "holed up" in various areas right up until the arrival of the Verloc.

Nov 26

3:55 PM. Somewhere near the Primary Operations Complex, LV-1201.

A Yautja ship lands on LV-1201, in response to the coordinates the Yautja in Pod 5 back on Sept 22. One Yautja entered the Primary Operations Complex and kills two guards.

Nov 27

During his escape, Corp. Harrison recovered evidence that Eisenberg had Captain Richter imprisoned at the FOP, subject to release only with Eisenberg's personal authorization. Captain Richter was being used as a scapegoat by Rykov to deflect blame from his role in the smuggling of dangerous life forms.

Nov 28

The Primary Operations Complex is down. The Northern and Southern Landing Bays were being held by surviving guards and several convict laborers. The main base was in the cafeteria near the North Landing Bay for those holding that portion of the Primary Operations Complex. They were waiting for reinforcements or evacuation from Rykov at the FOP. Baley took over command when the commander at the Primary Operations Complex was lost trying fix the breached outflow system. By this time, a dusk curfew had also been enacted.

After the Primary Operations Complex was overrun, the FOP was isolated and fortified, with only a few key staff being told about the loss of the Primary Operations Complex. Any failure regarding messages via the Primary Operations Complex's now undamaged, inoperative transmitter was explained as weather problems. AvP2: Primal Hunt

Dec 1

9:08 AM.

FOP sensors detects an unknown thermal signature approaching the planet LV1201 and entering the Zeta Sector just south of the FOP. The image captured displays an kiande amedha ship of unknown configuration. Gen. Rykov, knowing it is the "Predators" he encountered previously, dispatches scientific research teams and well-armed containment teams of well-armed guards to the area, but looses contact with several of these teams. The teams are pulled back later in the day when they manage to capture two of the Yautja by using EMP grenades to neutralize their advanced technology.

5:13 PM.

The teams load the two Yautja onto APCs to bring them back to the FOP for study. En route, however, they are attacked by another Yautja tracking its captured comrades. Heavy casualties occur but it is unable to stop the APC.

11:15 PM.

One Yautja breaches the outer FOP defenses where the one remote sentry gun was down for maintenance. Despite guards and heavily armed teams of combat synthetics, the Yautja stows away on a cargo elevator, gaining access to the pods. Gen. Rykov manages to stop the Yautja with a gas trap HE SET UP in expectation of such an occurrence.

The Yautja, along with the other captured Yautja, are experimented upon. Within the next 5 weeks, however, one is accidentally killed.

Dec 10

The North landing pad at the Primary Operations Complex is still held and powered. They do not know why there is no response or rescue teams sent from the the FOP.

Dec 15

With several guards are reported missing, the Primary Operations Complex still has not heard from the FOP. Kiande Amedha activity is not suspected.

Dec 26

More people are reported either dead or missing at the Northern Landing Pad are believed to be dead. Kiande Amedha activity is not suspected. This causes tension between guards and convicts, as the convicts are unwilling to sacrifice themselves for the guards. AvP2 game

Jan 6

5:10 AM

The OSCM Conestoga class transport ship, USS Verloc, arrives in orbit around LV1201. The Marines , under the command of Major McCain, are awakened from hypersleep for their initial mission and dropship prep. They are to secure the Primary Operations Complex, set up a defense perimeter, rescue survivors, and wait for the 6th Marine Battalion to arrive. As per Weyland-Yutani, any proposed air strikes and use of heavy munitions are ruled out.

5:25 AM

The two USCM dropships are separated by hurricane force winds. Without a landing beacon at the Primary Operations Complex, Dropship2 crashes near the tunnels north of the Primary Operations Complex. The dropship's stabilizer is damaged and it's antenna is destroyed.

When contact is later restored with White team aboard Dropship1, they report that they have secured the South landing Pad.

During repairs aboard Dropship2, Red team, led by Lieutenant Hall, is sent to the colony via the South East entrance to restore the power grid. A second team is sent to restore security at the Northern Landing Pad.

Harrison The second team enters a structure that runs above tunnels leading to the North Landing Pad. A proximity charge goes off, burying the entrance in rubble. Corporal Andrew "Frosty" Harrison is separated from the rest of the team. Although his Audio/Visual Links transmitter is knocked out, he can still receive transmissions coming through the Marine Channels. Fortunately, his life signs indicate he is not dead.

The other Marines head back to the dropship. Corp. Harrison makes his way to the North Landing Pad of the Primary Operations Complex with no resistance but does notice phantom readings on his motion tracker. There were also mysterious explosions, some nearly destroying the bridge to the Primary Operations Complex, and skinned human corpses hanging upside down. Other marines in different locations come across similar things. Despite reports of survivors, the Marines found none alive or were killed in front of them.

Meanwhile, Dropship2 completed repairs and takes off. Corp. Harrison, having reached the north pad, restores power and the landing beacon to the field. Dropship2 lands and the Marines secure the North Pad. Major McCain orders Harrison to report to the security station on Sublevel 3 near the cafeteria while Red Team continues to advance towards the power core. The remaining marines stay to guard Dropship2.

Having found no survivors en route, Harrison reaches the security station and re-activates the local security nexus. This also awakens the dormant Kiande Amedha Hive. The Hive ambushes both Harrison and the Red team. Upon learning of the Kiande Amedha presence, Dropship2 flies to the South landing Pad to rendezvous with the rest of the team.

Harrison and some of Red team escape to the entrance to north landing bay. Since Major McCain is temporarily out of contact and learning that Lt. Hall was captured, they disobeys orders to search for Lt. Hall - only to find Hall impregnated in a newly created Kiande Amedha Hive structure near the east gate.

6:55 PM

The Marines arrive in 3 APCs to the tunnel network connecting the Primary Operations Complex and the FOP. It was, however, sealed to prevent Kiande Amedha infestation of the FOP. Harrison volunteers to enter the tunnels alone through a maintenance entrance and open each door, one at a time. This way, the APCs can progress with Harrison and provide cover fire if needed until they reach the security station beyond tunnel 4.

With the loss of one marine, the security station is reached. A signal booster is set up in the tunnel to finally allow transmission from the FOP to the Primary Operations Complex's transmitter.

Approx 9:40 PM

The Marines hack into the tunnel's security system using a virus created by Mother on the Verloc to shut it down. However, the software for the FOP security system also crashes. This shuts down the electrified fences and automated sentry guns surrounding the FOP for 15 minutes. This allows swarms of Kiande Amedha storm the FOP. 6 men are confirmed killed and 3 science teams near the Hive go missing.

Approx. 9:55 PM

eisenberg The Marine arrive at the FOP, encountering Eisenberg and Rykov. Major McCain deploys the Marines to rescue the science teams and modify the FOP's software so they can send transmissions from the FOP to the Primary Operations Complex.

Corp. Harrison is sent to Communications Room to modify the software. Harrison was unable to suitably modify the software. He is interrupted by a member of the Iron Bears, Maj. Dunya, who offered to assist him.

A convict escapes from the prison area of the FOP. Harrison tries to subdue him, but is knocked out, stripped of his weapons, and put in a cell with another convict on the prison level. A guard takes Harrison to interrogation, his cellmate somehow procures a knife and tries but fails to kill the guard. Harrison grabs the knife, kills the guard, procure his sidearm, then escapes into the ventilation system of the Pod.

Kiande Amedha reach the upper decks. The containment teams are unable to stop them so they seal of Deck 24 in Pod 4 to isolate them. However, the Kiande Amedha turn to using the venting and maintenance tunnels.

Rykov was studying and prepping one Yautja for Kiande Amedha implantation, in hopes of creating a new type of alien. However, the Yautja breaks free of his stasis chamber and goes berserk throughout the facility.

10:22 PM

Due to various mechanical malfunctions within Pod4, all organized containment and order begins to break down. Nearly all the Kiande Amedha test subjects escape, creating an infestation in Pod 4, incurring heavy losses in the FOP.

Eisenberg begins final preparations for launching Operation: Savior as Marines are deployed to the Hive. Dropship1 at the Primary Operations Complex South Pad are ordered to the forward pods.

A Yautja attacks the Pod 2 Cargo bay, one of which destroys a good section of the Cargo Bay wall. Desperate, Rykov orders Dropship1 to kill it by expending its ordinance into the bay. However, the Yautja gets onto Dropship1's outer hull, causing it to crash into nearby tunnels.

Approx. 10:45

Company forces and synthetics exchange fire with the escaped convict in the same location, who steals a sizeable quantity of weaponry and ammunition before escaping with a company APC.

11:10 PM

Harrison arrives at the Primary Operations Complex, trying to hook up with White Team. He leaves the APC behind and begins navigating through the ruptured and infested outflow system towards the South Landing Pad.

11:25 PM

Because of the security breaches and infestation at the FOP, Rykov orders for Evacuation procedures to begin.

11:35 PM

A Marine team searches for missing science teams near the edge of the main Hive. Eisenberg isolates and capture the Empresses, and uses her as leverage to make her protectors pull back. As Eisenberg tries to extract the Empresses, however, the sentry teams are overrun. Charges meant to seal the Empress from the rest of Hive fail to explode. Defenders regain the main chamber, but Eisenberg has already escaped with the Empress in a small convoy.

Jan 7

12:10 AM.

While in the Hive, the Marines pick up a large signal they believe is the science team they were to rescue.

Harrison reaches the South Landing Pad. The equipment is heavily damaged, and there is no dropship. He finds remnants of his team, but cannot link up with them due to a Yautja attack. Harrison proceeds Landing Pad 3, killing a Yautja along the way.

Approx. 1:30 AM

On Observation Post 4, an unauthorized transmission is detected. This post was previously un-powered and abandoned Observation Post 4. A dropship is sent to investigate. It destroys the transmitter, but is then destroyed by an unidentified craft with a thermal signature similar to that detected on Dec 1st, 2230.

In the Hive, the Marines come across the source of the signal. It is several armed charges in the middle of a large breeding chamber. They realize they've been set up and begin evacuating.

Jan 8

1:50 AM

Dropship 2 arrives at the North landing Pad from the Verloc. It is overtaken by Combat Syths loyal to Eisenberg. They met Eisenberg at the Auxiliary Landing Pad, 2 kilometers north of the FOP. He plans to move his research, and the Empress, to Gateway.

Company personnel begin evacuating, but it fails due to the lack of air transport after the loss of 2 dropships and the increasing rate of Kiande Amedha infestation.

Rykov heads towards the Hive through the tunnel to Post 4, clutching a mask belonging to the "Predator Prince" that tried to kill him on Korai. He orders all his subordinates out and disappears. After, security breaches are reported at Station 6 and at the Zeta archeological site. This site was where pilot technology was unearthed.

2:15 AM

Dropship 3 is called down from the Verloc to landing pad 3.

2:36 AM

Rykov takes a company Exosuit and heading into the mines, believing a Yautja followed him, intent on recovering it's mask.

2:40 AM

Harrison arrives at an alternate entrance to the Hive to rescue his compatriots. Taking an exosuit, he descends into the Hive. There, he finds a large alien structure that used pilot tech. He starts it up. Then, he heads deeper inside but the floor below him breaks under him. He is forced to abandon the exosuit before proceeding again to link up with the surviving marines.

2:55 AM

Eisenberg, with the Empress in tow, arrives at the Auxiliary landing pad. The dropship suffers a series of mechanical failures, so when it attempts to land, the dropship crashes. Eisenberg disappears, cause unknown.

Jan 9

Approx. 3 AM

Harrison links up with the surviving marines in the Hive/pilot ship. After a brief encounter with a Queen, they begin a running battle as they retreat to the awaiting dropship.

The dropship evacuates to orbit. Seconds later, the FOP's fusion reactor cells rupture and destroy everything within several kilometers.

After the dropship reenters the Verloc, the ship leaves orbit with the remaining marines for its home base. AvP2 game

No Exit 2232

The first few years on C-3 L/M went without any major disturbance. Terraformers were installed on each half of the planet, quickly transforming the surface into a habitable environment.

One day, however, Planetus began receiving strange readings from a Weyland-Yutani research station near the border to Planetus territory. Rumors surfaced about a new Terraformer prototype being the cause for these readings. Concerned, Planetus inserted two of their spies into the staff of the research station, a human called Tobin A. Marshall and a synth of the LaFargue production line, both unaware of each other. Both agents had recording devices implanted into their eyes, and Marshall proceeded to record his findings in front of a mirror inside his cabin on a regular basis. After several attempts to get close to the prototype, Marshall found out that there wasn't any prototype present to begin with.

Adding to the mystery was that the staff of scientists was gradually reassigned on dubious grounds and replaced with inexperienced workers. When only the two spies were left, LaFargue approached Marshall, revealing himself to be another Planetus spy and urging them to cooperate. But before they could act, a Weyland-Yutani strike team led by Charles Braley raided the facility and captured the two spies. Braley revealed that Weyland-Yutani had been aware of the presence of spies for some time and had been filtering out the staff until only two suspects remained. Braley tortured Marshall and the synth before he proceeded with the next phase of the master plan: Using robotic replications of the Chestburster Alien, he killed Marshall and the new staff and reported to Planetus that their research station had fallen victim to what seemed to be a kiande amedha infestation.

Planetus quickly sent a team to investigate the incident together with Braley, who feigned honest interest to solve this case. This team consisted of a Sleeper called Anders Kramm, a former investigator of kiande amedha outbreaks for Weyland-Yutani, Frances Stauff, second-in-command for the local Planetus security forces, Bjorn and Jolena Heyward, a married couple working as a weapons team, and a team of three technicians called Gavin, Duncan and Kelly. While the latter proceeded to analyze the security cam footage of the research station, Kramm and Stauff went to the facility with Braley and the Heywards to work on-site. Kramm quickly noticed that something didn't add up and, using a download device provided by Planetus, retrieved the recordings from Marshall's eye.

Back at the spaceport, Kramm and Stauff reviewed the material, discovering the truth behind the supposed infestation.

Braley had already planted a real kiande amedha inside their spaceship and, assuming that this would take care of the two Planetus investigators, reported their deaths to the authorities and the media. The news caused Planetus stocks to plummet, and Weyland-Yutani acted on the opportunity by buying out the stocks and taking over Planetus. But Kramm and Stauff had in fact survived the trap and narrowly escaped off-world after picking up the Heywards and the technicians, who were also targeted for elimination. Using the computer facilities of Planetus that were now at his disposal, Braley redirected the ship to the planet of Soulages, a former colony world that had been overrun by the kiande amedha and had been quarantined for the last thirty years. Kramm knew the planet, as it was the place where he had lost his family, which had caused him to leave Weyland-Yutani and become a Sleeper thirty years earlier.

After landing near a settlement, Kramm and the other survivors proceeded to explore the compound. They soon discovered that the layout of the settlement had been vastly transformed to house an artificial Hive used by Weyland-Yutani to harvest the creatures. Eventually, they reached the old common building and decided to settle down there for a rest. During the night, the kiande amedha took two of the technicians, Duncan and Kelly.

Kramm and the others found them at a central crater, only to discover that both of them had been impregnated. Knowing what would happen to them was inevitable, Kramm killed both of them. The remaining survivors managed to fight their way through the Hived cave systems spreading out from the crater, only to reach a locked elevator. It was at this time that Gavin, the remaining Planetus technician, revealed himself to be an android and opened the elevator door by plugging into its keypad. The elevator led them directly to communications, where they were able to load a map of the compound at the expense of Gavin's life, who was killed by a computer virus when he probed the system. The map showed Kramm and the rest the way to a nearby landing pad. After fighting many kiande amedha warriors and an Egg Harvester, only Kramm, Stauff and a badly-injured Bjorn remained to enter the short-range flyer parked on the landing pad. Frances piloted the ship through the dome surrounding the compound and crash-landed it inside the Weyland-Yutani research installation on the nearby moon. There, they took over the facility from the small staff of scientists, send out a distress call and prepared for the retaliatory strike by Weyland-Yutani. The outcome is unknown. Aliens: No Exit

Aliens Wraith 2257

The colony on Tirgu-Mires is wiped out by the Colonial Marines when some local teenagers disturb an old kiande amedha living in an abandoned Weyland-Yutani mine.

At the fourth-generation agri-colony on Tirgu-Mires, a group of local teens watches on as a migrant ship lands and a pair of newcomers arrive at the colony. One of the newcomers, a teenager named Roark, scolds the locals for being nosey. Later, Roark is approached by one of the locals, a girl named Hope, who asks him to come to the evening bush jam.

After complaining about the boring lifestyle of the locals, Roark is told about the legend of the Wraith (actually a kiande amedha) by another local, Batik. Initially finding the tale to be boring, Batik tells Roark that twelve youths have gone missing in the cave said to be the dwelling of the Wraith, including one of their old friends, Specs. The other locals dismiss Batik's tale, saying that no one has seen the so-called Wraith, to which Batik proclaims that he has seen it and describing it as a giant white skeletal monster. Roark still doesn't believe and so wants them to take him to the cave to prove how brave he is. The locals warn him that the cave really is dangerous but he doesn't listen and enters the cave, calling them superstitious.

Roark soon discovers that perhaps the legends weren't so superstitious after all as he discovers several skeletons cocooned to the walls of the cave. He is frightened by Hope, who had come in the cave after him, worried. Hope notices a pair of glasses on one of the skeletons and deduces that it was Specs. As she recoils in horror, Roark reveals that he believes the "Wraith" to be an kiande amedha, telling her that he had read about how they reproduce. Hope, however, notices an inconsistency with his story; asking him where the Ovomorphs were and if he thinks the creature is still alive.

They soon find out that it is indeed still alive as it towers over Hope, standing behind her. The duo makes a run for it, Hope comments on how it looked old and sickly as they creep through the halls of the cave, eventually reaching a dead-end. Roark busts a hole in the wall with a makeshift torch and they crawl through the hole, believing to have escaped the Wraith. Just as they think they're safe, the Wraith reaches through the hole and claws Hope's back, Roark then attacks it with the torch before they run off again. The Wraith breaks through the wall and the two teens hide behind some rocks before Hope discovers a tunnel leading to a large room with some sort of liquid covering the floor. They make their way up a sloped wall as the Wraith follows behind, however, when trying to climb the slope, Roark drops his torch which causes the liquid to ignite and burn the Wraith.

They run through the chemical smoke and find a hole to the surface which they then start to climb up, the Wraith just below them. Once they make it outside, they regroup with the other locals, who think that Roark was the one who attacked Hope as they do not believe the legend of the Wraith but Hope assures them that what Roark said was the truth. The hole they climbed out of reeks out the chemical gas with no sign of the Wraith, causing Roark to think the fire killed it. However, it soon rises out the hole and grabs one of the locals, lifting them up into the air as the others run away. Soon after, it is blasted in the face and killed by a group of Colonial Marines who inform the teens that they are under quarantine and ask them if they are the only ones who were involved in the situation. After Roark confirms that they are all there is, the Marines open fire on the group of teenagers, killing them all. They then inform their superior that the problem has been dealt with and that they should have "Team Two" target the colony at their discretion before they head into the cave. It is then revealed that the cave was actually an ancient Engineer ship. Aliens: Wraith

CIC protocol dictates the "mud farmers" respond, whether they wanted to or not. MOM automatically defrosted them in response to the SOS, which could mean an epidemic, environmental failure, anything. It is revealed that the SOS was sent by a Colonel Crespi, who was then killed during the ongoing Alien attack at his outpost.

After retrieving coordinates from MOM, maneuvering the crew through pre-landing preparations, and actively avoiding a belt of asteroids, the Sheridan landed safely on B54c. The entire crew then secured themselves into their protective MK model Exoskeletons before disembarking to investigate the SOS by exploring the mining colony. Upon entering the facility, Hericksen comes face to face with an M-03 maintenance robot that he perceives as a threat and attacks before realizing there was an innocent man inside the machine who is now dead, creating a rift between Hericksen and his crew.

As the Sheridan's crew continued exploring the facility, Hericksen and his team had many interactions with others and were met with a number of obstacles along the way. Throughout their expedition, they:

  • Found individual pieces of an X-Scanner that Captain Williams was able to assemble into a device that was useful for finding hidden compartments.
  • Discovered one of the facilities staff members cocooned against a wall, screaming for her boyfriend Vaskal, who may still be alive somewhere in the facility.
  • Retrieved a microchip that containted the digital diary of a staff member named Chipster, detailing his account of the facilities Alien infestation.
  • Attacked three more maintenance robots, all of which were destroyed.
  • Discovered the disemboweled body of Colonel Crespi who sent the SOS, and severed his hand off to access zones secured with fingerprint technology throughout the facility.
  • Found Morlack, the head of the base who said Chipster released the Aliens within the facility and revealed that he had a chestburster inside him before shooting himself in the head.
  • Discovered a "cold room," or a laboratory under deep-freeze, after descending into the facilities Under Zone, that contained information about the Aliens life-cycle and a formula for producing Royal Jelly, which Lora drank and experiences visions of extraterrestrials that she said "...looked like the skeleton they found in the original Alien spacecraft several years ago...", and told her she needed to flee before they destroyed the planet.
  • Found a synthetic Xenomorph, activated by typing in the code MYYRMIDON. Explored a labyrinth of tunnels that lead them into an Alien hive that they described as being made out of "human flesh and bones," and battled with a Queen in her nest.
  • Found Professor Church, the facilities leading specialist on Xenomorph biology, deep within the hive. Ultimately, Church released a hoard of Aliens.
  • Fought off a scourge of Aliens and destroyed a number of eggs.
  • Discovered a lab where Church had been experimenting on human subjects, one being Vaskal, whose hand had to be severed from his corpse to operate a vehicle Hericksen used to get his team back to the Sheridan.
  • Fought off Colonel Whitekov and his small group of soldiers, who were ultimately defeated, to get back to the Sheridan, giving them just enough time to dust off before planet B54c is completely destroyed by the extraterrestrials from Lora's vision.
The dates 2157 is mentioned in one report, but Paul Church hadn't encountered a kiande amedha until 2195. Aliens: A Comic Book Adventure (video game) / Aliens: Labyrinth

Aliens Purge 2276

In deep space, the transport vessels Mequon and Virginia rendezvous to transfer cargo. As the automated process is about to begin, the Virginia's chief bosun "Jonsy" Coyne hacks into the ship's systems and secretly has an additional container transferred across, inside which are hidden several kiande amedha specimens. Jonsy expresses reservations about smuggling such dangerous cargo, but is encouraged by his wife, communications officer Rockie, who has been promised a vast sum of money for delivering the container. Their plan is almost undone when the Virginia's chief mate notices the surplus container on the manifest, but Jonsy convinces him it is merely a software glitch, telling him the container contains a consignment of live chickens for an extrasolar colony.

However, Jonsy's explanation draws the attention of the vessel's chef, who goes to steal some of the poultry to serve to the crew. In doing so, he unwittingly unleashes several of the kiande amedha before the container can be sealed. The creatures quickly overrun the ship, picking off its crew and passengers one by one. As the situation becomes increasingly hopeless, Captain Alley attempts to reach the bridge and shut the vessel down — while this will doom the survivors on board, he hopes that it will also stop the kiande amedha from spreading. However, he is killed before he can deactivate the Virginia's autopilot, and it continues onwards.

The Virginia eventually meets up with the Umiak for another scheduled cargo transfer, during which the contraband container is loaded aboard the Umiak. The ship is also transporting a group of teenage cadets taking part in an educational program that will bestow them with useful spaceflight skills for the future. Most of the cadets are from affluent backgrounds, with the exception of Ned Menzie and his sister Robin, who are from a poor family of sheep farmers from the Isle of Man. Several of the cadets are persecuted by the Umiak's vindictive captain, Pangborn, who has only agreed to allow them on board because he is desperate for the financial incentives. To this end he is also involved in smuggling the kiande amedha, and plans to meet with a group of pirates who will transport the cargo onwards.

Much as on the Virginia, the container is opened, this time by the mentally unstable cadet Pearl, who is capable of limited communication with the kiande amedha on account of her savant syndrome and senses their presence inside. The creatures escape into the ship and slaughter most of the pirates when they dock with the Umiak to take delivery, before also capturing Pearl. With most of the Umiak's adult crew incapacitated in a mutiny led by the arrogant cadet Adam, it is left to the teenagers to try and destroy the kiande amedha and retake the ship. Ned insists on going to save Pearl and is joined by several of the cadets, while Pangborn and another group try to reach the bridge so that the captain can send a distress call, not realizing he intends to betray the cadets and save himself. However, the group is killed before a signal can be sent.

To try and even the odds, Ned has most of the livestock the ship is carrying revived and released, hoping the abundant targets will serve as a helpful distraction. The plan works, and the cadets go mostly unnoticed as the kiande amedha engage in a frenzied slaughter of hapless farm animals and even fall victim to some of the more dangerous animals set free. Ned locates Pearl, who is unharmed, and flees with her into the main cargo hold, the surviving kiande amedha in pursuit. With the creatures now concentrated in one location, Ned has the hold's adjustable gravity turned up to dangerous levels — the pressure implodes the kiande amedha while the cadets survive by submerging themselves in a tank transporting live fish, the water shielding them from the crushing effects. With the ship safe again, the surviving adult crew is revived and the loose animals corralled. The cadets spends some time celebrating their victory before the senior officer reminds them they are still students, and puts them back to work. Aliens: Cauldron

Dead Orbit 2295

Sphacteria rescues three survivors from a derelict salvage ship. An accident with the cryotubes during the waking procedure burns the sleepers skin off. The two men and one woman are brought to Sphacteria and while Engineer Wascylewski searches through the derelicts logs, they’re called back to medical where Chestbursters explode out of the two men.

Comms specialist Rook and Commander Hassan are soon abducted by the Aliens, and the unknown woman in medical wakes, taking Doctor Harrow hostage. When she learns that her crewmates are dead, she slits Harrow’s throat and tries to escape in the stations shuttle. In her panic she doesn’t disengage the umbilicals properly and the shuttle careens into the station, crippling it.

Wascylewski devises a plan with Park and Torrenson to blow the life support module clear of Sphacteria to use it as a life boat. However before they can complete the plan they’re attacked by the kiande amedha and only Wascylewski manages to escape to the observation deck.

T-Minus 4 hours 3 minutes

With only four hours until the station becomes hits atmosphere, Wascylewski dons a spacesuit and heads outside to try and continue with his plan. Re-entering, a near despressurisation knocks him out and he is taken to the kiande amedha nest, finding Hassan.

T-Minus 59 minutes

The kiande amedha are distracted by Torrenson, now mad, which gives Wascylewski enough time to escape the nest. He gets back into his suit, but is again attacked. Trying to kill kiande amedha with a timed mining charge he instead blows himself outside. The kiande amedha follows and he scrambles to the life support module and detonates the remaining charges. The module floats clear, but the badly wounded kiande amedha continues after him. Wascylewski unpacks an oxygen tank from a storage compartment and kiande amedha acid hits causing it to explode. The kiande amedha is thrown away from the module and heads towards Pylos with the rest of the station.

Wascylewski heads inside and light himself a cigarette – noting there is only 4 hours 3 minutes till he runs out of air. Aliens: Dead Orbit

Alchemy 2310

Toch Newcomen camps in the ruins of a crashed ship and asking himself about a crisis of faith. Suddenly, he sees what appears to be the ghost of a Marine near the ruins and flee in terror. Next day he is preaching on the town of Emerson about an impending ecological disaster. Meanwhile, Legate Carson Muir is attending a meeting with the town council and Mrs. Kartha Hitrese about a salvage referendum which permits Mrs. Hitrese a salvage mission to the crashed ship. Legate Muir cites holy scriptures and ended the discussion.

Toch's preaching causes town's drunk Rurik to start yelling about a monster called the dark one, and this attracts the attention of Sergeant Rachel, Toch's sister. Their conversation is cut off by the arrival of legate Muir, who tells Toch it's time for his meeting with "First Father".

Muir, Toch and another man are praying in the ruins of the ship, and Toch is worried about what's next. Muir tells him its his duty as he has seen the truth, Toch reluctantly accepts. Later two of the brothers are looking for other two called Ojvind and Wald, who hadn't reported. They find brother Wald's ravaged body and call the police. Rachel and another officer go to the refuge and find brother Ojvind cocooned to the roof, begging to be killed. That night, Osbert, the town's barman tosses out Carl, but he enters again bleeding from a wound. As he tried to help him, a kiande amedha impales and drags him out. His wife Kina, closes the door but the kiande amedha jumps trough the window and kills her. Rachel interrogate Muir about the murder and only gets a warning from Muir about the "dark night of extinction".

A week later, the kiande amedha has killed twelve people. Muir is giving a sermon about fear and is pleased that the town's people are now listening to him with attention. Muir ends his sermon with the promise that First Father will protect them all, signaling at a stained glass of First Father with a group of children in a flower-covered meadow.

Captain Price and Sergeant Newcomen soon discover the corpse of a rancher, Traupman, with all of his men and cattle murdered. Suddenly, a kiande amedha attacks the two. Some of the men try to fire arrows at the creature, but the arrows are simply melted by the acidic blood. It kill them all but Rachel, saved by captain Price, who wounds the kiande amedha with his sword and is killed by the acid blood.

Mrs. Hitrese and legate Muir question Rachel about the monster, and Muir used the misunderstanding about the creature's origin as a mutation as proof of his preaching, winning over Hitrese about the salvage referendum. Mrs Hitrese then reveals Rachel about the true nature of Muir as a psychopath, being an animal torturer and bully as child. Rachel then visits the refuge and enter First Father's chamber, only to find the remains of her brother, Toch and a badly-damaged Synthetic.

The synthetic, now revealed to be the "First Father", tells Rachel the truth. Almost a century ago, he was known as Meeker, the USS Emerson's synthetic babysitter, the exploration ship was struck by a virus infection that kills all adults. An emergency continence routed the ship to the nearest habitable planet and it crashed, but Meeker as well as the children survived and founded the town of Emerson. Meeker tells Rose, a young girl, she must keep an old book, a 20th century novel about ecological warning, which later became the holy scriptures. Rose grew up and became the first legate, teaching others and as fanatic as she was, disabled Meeker, but keeps him locked because he knows about the Ovomorphs aboard the Emerson. Each new Legate was chosen from a Bully to keep control over the population and is hinted that they used the kiande amedhas before.

Knowing the truth, Rachel goes into the ruins of the Emerson and ambushed legate Muir's caravan, killing a facehugged brother they are carrying back to town. They flee inside the ship with Rachel in tow. Inside, Muir uses his special mix who hide their scents from the kiande amedha, but one brother panics and flee, only to be killed by the alien. Rachel destroys the remaining Ovomorphs in the cargo hold and then confronts Muir. In that moment, the ghost marine from earlier appears, revealed to be an holographic security projection. As Muir mistakes it as a ghost, the kiande amedha attacks and kill him. Rachel kills the kiande amedha with a Pulse Rifle from the armory. She then back to town at sunset. Aliens: Alchemy

Incursion 2356

June

Liliya - secretly an android - is stationed to the USS Evelyn-Tew in the Alpha Centauri system. Her orders from Wordworth and the Founders are to blend into the background and inconspicuous.

Sept

USS Evelyn-Tew. Alpha Centauri.

Liliya disabled the failsafes aboard the USS Evelyn-Tew to free the kiande amedha onboard. As per the red-level emergency protocols, the ship's automated response had changed course to plunge into the nearest sun in Alpha Centauri, to burn everything and make sure nothing survives. Unfortunately, the ship had been set on an accelerated suicide trajectory, due to impact the star in under an hour.

Now she is trying to escape the ship. However, she first has to retrieve all the research the scientists have accumulated in studying them. Liliya makes it to the research deck and into the labs. Although the kiande amedha are running loose, the Queen is still secure. After obtaining the research files, Liliya encounters Dearing and Kath Roberts while trying to make it to the lifeboats.

Once they get to the lifeboats in the Officer's deck, they discover only one is left. Liliya tries to convince Dearing that it is an officer's lifeboat, so it is probably set for comfort. they could all last in the boat together for a short period of time. Dearing doesn't care. He wants this pod. He suggests the two females could go aft - a half mile away - to get to the pods there. Liliya, unwilling to risk her mission, shoves Roberts at Dearing, and he shots her in the chest.

Liliya then tries to disarm Dearing but is also shot - revealing to them that she is synthetic. As a kiande amedha attached Roberts, Liliya retreats into the pod and takes off. Liliya composes a short message for the founders and sets it on a 20-hourly loop, repairs her wound, initiates the thrusters, and settles down to pass the time.

When Yautja attacks across the Human Sphere of space grow in frequency, Colonial Marine units are put on high alert. Soon, an invasion is feared.

Meanwhile Liliya escapes from the Rage. Originally known as the Founders, the Rage are humans who have fled beyond the Human Sphere over the course of centuries. Now led by Beatrix Maloney, they are on their way back, bearing alien-inspired technology and weapons far exceeding those possessed by the USCM or Weyland-Yutani. Maloney's aim is the subjugation and control of the Human Sphere. When Liliya flees, she carries with her a sample of their technology that might help humanity fight back. Maloney sends Alexander, one of her best generals, in pursuit. Predator: Incursion

Aliens: Original Sin 2386

Nearly three centuries ago, the Weyland-Yutani starship Nostromo investigated what appeared to be a distress call emanating from the barren planet Acheron.

The Loki organization and the Space Jockey had been maintaining contacts dating back since 2122, and in the late 24th century, the necessity for a new cooperation between the parties had arisen. The Space Jockey were facing severe problems due to a genetic error that made them infertile. They eventually found out that the kiande amedha, an incredibly fertile species, might provide the key to heal this ailment, but were unwilling to diminish their population by killing individuals of their own species in order to breed kiande amedha. Thus, the race turned to their long-time human allies and reached a new agreement: In exchange for the permission to colonize a world rich with minerals in Space Jockey-controlled space, humanity would provide them with a stock of human-bred kiande amedha. By the 2386, Loki set its plan in motion and chose the botanic space colony Domes Epsilon as the target for an kiande amedha infestation.

The plan was executed two-fold: Loki inserted the android Earl Cody to assist with the impregnation of the staff. The actual insertion of the kiande amedha organism was carried out by a Loki agent posing as a pilot delivering a regular shipment from Domes Gamma. The pilot successfully sneaked a Ovomorph into Domes Epsilon among his shipment and also managed to secretly sabotage the main supply bay to prevent the staff from escaping and thus secure the impregnation. Soon after, the ship left, a staff member called Elijah Pandor stumbled upon the Ovomorph while processing the delivery and became impregnated by a Facehugger. The rest of the staff, unfamiliar with the alien life form, placed him under medical observation and assumed that the crisis was over when the Facehugger detached itself from Pandor's face and he awoke from his coma soon after.

However, Ripley8 and the crew of the Betty, who had been searching for clues to Loki's plans for several years, had finally been able to learn of the planned infestation of Domes Epsilon by hacking into the data access node of Byzantium Station. After escaping authorities and a Loki strike team, the Betty arrived at Domes Epsilon just as Pandor gave birth to the Chestburster. Ripley8 established a com connection with Domes Epsilon and warned the station's administrator, Philip Philipakos, of the immense danger they were in and demanded access to the main bay. Philipakos, who had just received news of Pandor's gruesome death, reluctantly agreed, just before access to the bay shut down and external communications went dead due to sabotage by the Loki agents. Left with no other option, the Betty docked onto Domes Seven and cut its own way into the colony.

A hazard team consisting of Ripley8, Call, Johner and Krakke entered Domes Epsilon and soon were received by Philipakos, who led them to the station's control center. After a heated discussion with the staff, Ripley8 and the others convinced them to leave the station behind. While Call went out with Adrian Shepherd, the resident security officer, to find a stray staff member called Benedict, Ripley8 and Johner departed for Domes Sixteen to investigate the backup bay as a possible means of escape. They found the bay intact and were about to depart when they were attacked by the grown kiande amedha. However, Ripley8 and Johner quickly disposed of it. The relief was short, however, as Call and Shepherd encountered another kiande amedha soon after discovering the remains of Benedict. As Philipakos and his daughter Angie managed to reactivate the heat sensor grid of the station, they made a dark discovery: The sensor showed no less than a dozen full-grown kiande amedha present on Domes Epsilon.

After returning to the control center, Ripley8, Call and the remaining staff members decided to make a break for the backup bay on the flivvers that were used to traverse the expansive terrain of the Domes. However, just as the group was about to reach the bay, several kiande amedha crashed out of the jungle, wrecking the vehicles and scattering the survivors into the jungle where most of them were killed by the creatures. In the end, Ripley8 and her comrades made it back safely to the Betty together with the two sole survivors of the colony, Angie and the resident dog called Rex. Cody had reached the Betty earlier and tried to foil the escape plan, but was overwhelmed by the crew members.

Ripley8 and Call interrogated the android, who would cooperate on one condition: Other androids had survived the purge and were now under Loki's control, and Call was to promise to free them. After Call had agreed, Cody revealed the purpose of the Domes Epsilon infestation shortly before a fail-safe system destroyed his basic functions. With Angie as a new crew member and the knowledge that Loki would retaliate soon, Ripley8 destroyed Domes Epsilon by remote-detonating explosive charges that had been planted during the stay at the colony, and the Betty left the system. Aliens: Original Sin

AvP vs. The Terminator] 2389+

In 2032, sensing defeat from heir raging war against John Connor and his resistance, Skynet goes into hiding.

Centuries later, Skynet is awakened by stealth Terminators posing as human scientists and begins gene-splicing human tissue with the DNA of the Kiande Amedha to create invincible Terminators.

In a sewer-residing community, Annalee Call, Voorman, and a few others are looking for someone. Call spots a seemingly decrepit woman in rags. When they attempt to help her stand, the woman attacks them, beating the larger men easily. Annalee Call identifies herself to the woman, who is Ripley8, the clone of Ellen Ripley. Call then takes Ripley back to her base of operations, where she expresses her sadness that Ripley left her after their promise to stay together after the incident on the Auriga. Call is doing okay on her own. Ripley has gone completely to seed. She's constantly on the lam, doing whatever she can to stay away from the military. She's moved beyond being afraid of the kainde amedha. She realizes if they get her, she's dead, and that's it. But the military has power over her. They've cloned her. They can do all sorts of terrible things to her and she is going to live on and come back again in some other tortured form.

Call informs Ripley of a new military operation on the military science station Typhoon, involving a hybrid kainde amedha super soldier, led by a Dr. Trollenberg. Also at this point, Ripley explains that she nearly didn't sign on for her position on the Nostromo. The military extra-bioloical projects team are conducting experiments. Call's moles have uncovered a Circle 7 Bio-Engineering Project in process on the Typhoon. Circle 7 security is so deep only sketchy details were available: Dr Trollenberg is leading a team in developing a hybrid super-soldier, harvesting DNA of linguafoeda Archeronsis, aka kainde amedha -- the same technology that resurrected Ripley.

On Typhoon, Dr Fennick delivers to Doctor Trollenberg the Theta Compound his team had completed. Dr. Trollenberg is then approached by General Helm, who is in charge of the station. General Helm is angry the doctor has strayed from the approved game plan and got cybernetic compounds from unauthorized sources. He tells Trollenberg he is shuting down the project. Dr. Trollenberg opens fire and kills General Helm and his two guards. He then changes his voice to match the general's (proving that the doctor is an android) and hailing the bridge, informing them that the general will remain with him in the lab till the completion of the project and can only be contacted there. He finishes by throwing the three bodies into a vat of acid.

Ripley8 Call Back at Call's base, Call has been able to get schematics of the Typhoon's systems - crew rosters, operating schedules, troop compliments, and supply manifests. She has managed to get her crew placed as food caterers to access Typhoon, but they need Ripley to guide the, since it may involve kainde amedha. Ripley is still yet to be convinced to join the mission to stop Trollenberg's project. Ripley mentions that she no longer has nightmares about the kainde amedha; she plainly states that they "can't be stopped. The kiande amedha are coming and the human race is going to suffer... they just do what they have to do. And then you're dead and it's over". Eventually Call blackmails Ripley, saying she will inform the military of her location, to which Ripley replies: "I could learn to hate you". Ripley complies to help.

Meanwhile, a Yautja ship approaches Typhoon - piloted by an experienced hunter, since he has both a kainde amedha an a human skull amidst his trophies. He is intent on hunting the super soldier.

Call's team approaches the Typhoon aboard the SCS-10097 "Carthage", disguised as "the World's Most Unexceptional Food Delivery Service." Their approved caterer's route would take them by corridor Praxus 999, a direct conduit to Circle 7 labs. Reaching that corridor, they kill the guards, blow the lab doors, and proceed inside.

Aboard the bridge, meanwhile, they detect a bogey approaching the station at decelerating sublight speed, and then it disappeared. It's confirmed it was not a solar cloud. The lieutenant orders to alert telemetry to keep watch on it.

Back at the lab, Trollenberg open fires on Call's team, killing Echo and Saud before they realize they are fighting an android. Ripley8 attempts to rush the android, but is caught in its vice-like hand. The appearance of the cloaked Yautja saves Ripley8 by killing the android and leaving for the lab. Only Call was able to see what happened. Yet the Yautja is tossed back at Call's team by a Terminator-kainde amedha hybrid!

Ripley8, Call and her surviving crew (Blades and Voorman) stand stunned as the prototype super-soldier and Yautja fight, noting that the super soldier is almost impervious to harm. The Yautja blasts the Terminator with his shoulder cannon. It doesn't even phase the Terminator, merely knocks it back. Grabbing a metal apparatus, it absorbs it. After tearing off one of the Yautja's arms, the super soldier moves to absorb a portion of the exterior bulkhead of the lab, opening a hole into the vacuum. The Yautja, without his mask, is sucked into space.

Moving quickly back towards the Carthage, with Trollenberg's head, Ripley8, Call and her crew quickly escape before the space station explodes from the breach, while the super soldier boards a smaller science vessel/escape pod TPN-0017, taking with it some kainde amedha Chestbursters. As the space station explodes, Ripley8 has a bad feeling that the super soldier survived and, in the 'science pod', the super soldier commences work on a second super soldier who was also near completion.

Call hacks into Trollenberg's skull to learn more about him, explaining that the skull and its wiring "is very weird... advanced in some ways, in others a real antique". Once inside Trollenberg's memory, she encounters a shell program and is approached by an interactive recording of John Connor, who goes on to explain the Skynet War, concluding with the "Skynet Resurrection Program" which used a model known as the Crypto Terminators (of which Trollenberg was one) which were capable of existing in civilization indefinitely until such time that technological advancements would allow for a new generation of Terminators which would be unstoppable. The recording finishes with "the victorious forces of the 21st Century salute you... and wish you good luck".

Meanwhile, the Terminator dissects the spinal cord of a Chestburster and plans to transfer it into a Terminator on the operation table.

Logging out of Trollenberg's memories, Call expresses concern that this is simply another great cover-up in history, but the discussion is cut short as the Carthage is surrounded by three Yautja ships. A trio of Yautja teleport on board; Voorman attacks one of the Yautja but is easily knocked away, while another grabs Ripley8 and lightly cuts her arm with its Ki'cti-pa (Wrist Blades), watching as her acidic blood burns the floor. The three Yautja teleport off the ship with Ripley8 and their craft disappears; Call presumes for the same reason she wanted Ripley - she knows kiande amedha.

Elsewhere, the science pod reaches its destination, the Navy heavy cruiser Euphrates, and the prototype disembarks, now accompanied by a new super soldier. Immediately, the Alpha Terminator demands to see the commanding officer.

On the Carthage, Voorman is being treated by Blades for the head injury he received from the Yautja attack. Call surmises the Yautja knew of Ripley8's genetic heritage just as they did and that they most likely want her to assist in the threat posed by the super soldiers; she even wonders if they too encountered John Connor's sleeper virus, and ultimately decides they must use all this new information to their advantage.

Meanwhile, on one of the Yautja' spacecraft, Ripley8 stands on a teleportation pad watching the Yautja remove their helmets, who then leave her to go about their business. Ripley8 comments "Just when I think my life can't get any stranger... Just when I think I've fallen as far as I can fall... The bottom drops out and I wind up amazed and horrified all over again." She considers herself to now be beyond terror or outrage, even towards the Yautja or their current disinterest in her. She walks through the craft, observing the work of the Yautja armorers, and notes that the Yautja are exuding an aura of menace throughout the 'heavy, nitrogen-rich air' of their craft, directed not at her, who she considers they currently deem worthless, but at something else, something connected to her DNA.

Ripley8 finds herself in a trophy room filled with dozens of kainde amedha corpses and body parts, and understands that the Yautja's lives revolve around the kainde amedha and that they know that both the super soldier and she are part kainde amedha, which leads her to wonder if they are merely adding her to their trophy collection. A Yautja moves up behind her, reaching for her, causing her to recoil in anger, punching the Yautja to little effect before he throws her over his shoulder and carries her away. She is taken to a circular operating table and tied down whilst a breathing apparatus is attached to her face, followed by a thin needle drill moving towards her. She resists throughout, comparing them to the military who created her, commenting "I guess I haven't fallen past terror after all...".

Aboard the Navy heavy-cruiser Euphrates, the ship's commanding officer, Captain Usher, complains about the 'android survivors' of the Typhoon and the super soldiers' request to be transferred to a high security asteroid facility. The CO has been uneasy since they arrived and has them restricted to the science pod. He approaches the pod and explains the delay, much to the original super soldier's displeasure, who demands access to the bridge, which the CO denies them. Shortly after a message arrives from Section 13 granting them access to the security-level-4 'Black Asteroid' (named Los Alamos 235), a last-second supspace message countermands that confirmation, refusing the super soldiers access. This results in both super soldiers re-entering the science pod, launching and ramming the pod further into the Euphrates. The super soldiers then disembark with firearms, quickly killing the crew present before the prototype super soldier begins to absorb parts of the cruiser's interior, resulting in critical damage to the ship's primary systems, including life support.

On the Carthage, Call has determined that the Yautja would be following the most likely course of the super soldier towards the nearest large source of kainde amedha' genetic material: the 'Black Asteroid'.

Nearby, the Euphrates is granted access to the Black Asteroid and opens fire on the station's control room.

Back on the Yautja' spacecraft, Ripley8 experiences a dream where she is swimming in kainde amedha and encounters a ghostly image of a traditional Terminator endoskeleton before awaking. Regaining consciousness, Ripley8 notices a scar on the left rear side of her neck and is led from the operating table, past an assembled room of Yautja in formation, to a viewing screen of Los Alamos 235, sensing that there are kainde amedha within and that the Yautja extracted this information from her DNA, from the kainde amedha 'genetic memory'.

In the Yautja' craft, Ripley8 has returned to the room of assembled Yautja and undergoes a pre-battle ritual where she is given an kainde amedha tooth necklace and is covered in Yautja blood warpaint. Throughout the process, Ripley8 considers that there are monsters in this world, but the Yautja are not them - they simply do what they must to survive and maintain balance in the universe when it comes to the kainde amedha, and that they see the arrival of the Terminator hybrids as an imbalance to the ecology of the stars, and that is the true evil. She understands that at any other time she would instead be merely a "scalp on their belts", but the current situation has made them allies and she knows "they didn't much care for my human side... But, oh, do they respect and approve of the kiande amedha in me!".

Ripley8 knows she will soon "do battle with the great abomination from Earth's wretched past", as the super soldiers take control of the ship and make their way to a room filled with fully-grown kainde amedha in containment tubes. Ripley8 looks forward to destroying the man-made "agents of true human evil", and in regards to the kainde amedha on board, she will "ride the whirlwind to glorious annihilation. Until then, I am learning to love the Alien".

The next day, hidden amongst the smaller asteroids around Los Alamos 235, the Carthage and her crew watch the space surrounding the Black Asteroid, where an entire fleet of military ships have arrived to retake the station only to be wiped out by a powerful energy surge launched from the asteroid's entry point, draining the station of all external power and lowering its defenses. The Carthage moves towards the station, entering unnoticed through the entry point as Call wonders whether the Yautja have already made it here and if Ripley8 is still alive.

Inside, Ripley8 lies alongside a Yautja on the ground in a field of orange smoke as a monstrous super soldier crouches over them, bearing the appearance of a dark blue, muscular, bald humanoid with red eyes, fangs, clawed hands and biomechanical 'veins' at its neck and wrists. Ripley considers that the day hadn't turned out like she'd hoped as she underwent the ritual the day before, remembering how they entered the asteroid, slipping unnoticed past its defenses and the fleet outside.

They had observed that, in less than 24 hours, the two super soldiers had created an entire sophisticated manufacturing plant which quickly grew more of the new blue skinned hybrids, and Ripley and the Yautja attacked without hesitation. Quickly, as on the Typhoon, the Yautja were killed at every turn and even when a dying Yautja activated its self-destruct device a super soldier sacrificed itself, wrapping its larger body around the Yautja to absorb almost the entirety of the blast.

Ripley crawled away from the scene of the battle, finding herself amongst a stockpile of fully-grown kainde amedha, and saw a chance to even the odds and do what she was born to do, deactivating the stasis effect of the tubes, "to release the Hounds of Hell!". The kainde amedha quickly set upon the super soldiers and the kainde amedha' true power was revealed when a Yautja killed one with his shoulder cannon, showering nearby super soldiers with acidic blood, critically wounding the hybrids. The remaining Yautja used this to their advantage, unleashing blasts which spilt fatal bursts of acidic blood, killing both super soldiers and kainde amedha together with each shot although, ultimately, they were themselves overwhelmed by the kainde amedha once the last of the new super soldiers had died.

Ripley watches the carnage, frozen in place as the remaining Yautja and super soldiers die, but the appearance of the prototype super soldier refocuses her and she follows through the station after him, knowing that if he escapes all their sacrifices will be for nothing. Rounding a corner, Ripley strikes out at the shadows of Call and Voorman, believing them to be the prototype, to the shock of all three of them. Ripley doesn't care for how they got there and insists that they go back the way they came and leave the station, telling them they will not survive if they go on any further and that there is nothing they can do. In the end, Ripley thanks Call: "You did the right thing, bringing me back out into the black, I know that now. Please -- go. Let me do what I can do... Let me finish the job".

Voorman agrees with Ripley and drags Call back to the Carthage, commenting that Call is "a lot closer to human than she is" as they leave. As Ripley returns to follow the original super soldier, the station begins to shake as the internal structure starts to collapse. Reaching the Carthage, Call frees herself of Voorman's grip and starts to run back into the station after Ripley, but Voorman quickly captures her and takes her aboard the Carthage, tying her to one of the seats to stop her from going after Ripley again. Throughout the process, Call resists Voorman's actions, commenting that she brought Ripley out here and forced all of this on her. Meanwhile, Ripley slips on board the ship and the hybrid prototype also boards.

The Carthage quickly exits the station, followed by the super soldier's ship, just as the station explodes. Ripley stalks towards the prototype, moving through the ship's internal piping. Ripley considers the similarities to what happened a time long ago on the Nostromo's escape pod, the Narcissus, where she was at the controls and the enemy stalked her instead. She realizes that even now, with the roles reversed, she is just as terrified as she was then as she leaps forward to kill the prototype with a Yautja knife, only to be knocked aside due to its superior speed and reflex response. Deciding to go with 'Plan B', Ripley cuts her left arm with the blade, waving it to spread her acidic blood as the super soldier holds her above him, his hands around her neck and right shoulder respectively. Ripley's blood begins to burn through the viewing panel of the airlock door, causing flames from the explosion that surrounded the ship to flood in, resulting in its destruction.

On board the Carthage, Call has been released from the seat and is at one of the monitors when Blades comments on an explosion that occurred, separate from the one of the station. Call comments that it was Ripley finishing the job: "She cleaned up the mess that we stumbled into. What the Connor virus told me -- about Skynet returning? She closed the book on that. I know she did. I forced her back out there. I got her into this. I'm going to have to live with that. I hope she made her peace. I think she got her dignity back. And her soul, maybe. Yeah. And her soul. And maybe she saved mankind's soul in the bargain. Let's go home." AvP vs. The Terminator
