Alien vs Predator: The Last of His Clan is a 1993 side-scrolling action video game. You navigate the lone Yautja through several stages while using an arsenal of weapons against kiande amedha, Chestbursters and Facehuggers.

In 2593 A.D. a Yautja drone ship placed kiande amedha Ovomorphs onto Alpha Centauri 3, which hatched and produced kiande amedha adults, eradicating the human population in the process. A Yautja hunting party then arrived to hunt the kiande amedha, but underestimated the number of kiande amedha (possibly due to the presence of a Queen), and the Yautja hunting party was wiped out. The last of the Yautja clan embarks on a mission to defeat the Queen, regain the Yautja's honor, and his own.

Alien vs Predator Jaguar

The game is a first-person 3D shooter, set in the sub levels of the Golgotha training facility, where an Kiande Amedha and a Yautja ship have docked. There are three campagins, one for each Yautja, Kiande Amedha and Marine

A ship infested with Kiande Amedha is found floating near the outer-space Golgotha training facility. A Chatterjee class craft, the U.S.C.M. Transport Irata, tows the Kiande Amedha craft back to the training base, and soon after a Yautja's ship arrives and docks at the training base.

All the areas of the ship are inter-connected, giving the game a huge virtual environment. Depending on the scenario you choose, you will have to choose different strategies based on the capabilities of your character. For example, the marine will have to make use of his weapons and his ability to use the ship's computer terminals. The Kiande Amedha will have to make use of their great numbers and ability to cocoon their enemies. And the Yautja must fight with honor, and not over-use his invisibility capability.

Yautja Mission

The Yautja dock their ship on the training base, they see this as an opportunity to catch an Kiande Amedha queen, and bring honor to their clan. As the Yautja you start on sub level 3, the player's objective is to reach and kill the Kiande Amedha queen in order to claim her skull. The Yautja can use elevators to travel between levels, carry medical kits and use them to recover health, and use a cloaking device to become invisible. Weapons and scoring are based on how the Yautja kills enemies. Killing an enemy while invisible results in a loss of honor points, which can in turn result in losing equipped weapons. Killing an enemy while visible, conversely, results in an increase in honor points which in turn allows access to more weapons.

Kiande Amedha Mission

As the Kiande Amedha you start on sub level 5, your job is to find and protect the queen from the marines and the Yautja. When playing as the Kiande Amedha, the player's objective is to rescue the Kiande Amedha queen, who is being held captive the Yautja's spaceship. The player must fight numerous marines and Yautja through various sublevels of the ship in order to reach the Queen. The Kiande Amedha is unable to heal itself from injuries and instead cocoons marines. If the Kiande Amedha dies a cocooned marine will become a new Kiande Amedha, allowing the player to continue from that location. The Kiande Amedha is unable to use elevators and instead travels between levels of the ship through air ducts.

Marine Mission

lewis

As a marine you start on sub level 3 and play as Private Lance J Lewis, the player's goal is to escape a military base by setting the self-destruct and making your way to an escape pod before it blows. At the start of the game, Lewis is in the base's brig and has no weapons, motion tracker, or security clearance. The player must find weapons and security cards in order to fend off enemies and access new levels of the base, activate the base's self-destruct mechanism, and escape in the escape pod. Lewis can use medical kits to recover health, but cannot carry them and must use them immediately.

Capcom has announced that this is being officially made for home use as a plug-and-play arcade stick, called Capcom Home Arcade - which would include 16 games pre-installed. Alien vs Predator Arcade is one of the games included.

  • “WTF: An 'Alien vs Predator' Football Video Game Was Once in Development for SEGA Genesis.” Ethan Anderton. SlashFilm, 18 Mar. 2019, Web.

There was almost an Alien vs Predator football video game set in the distant future called Cosmic Hard Bowl. Instead of fighting like normal deadly extra-terrestrial creatures, the two species would have competed against each other in American football. And it all would have happened in the year 2702.

“Mankind had neutralized the 400+ year war between Kiande Amedha and Yautja. Now they have agreed to finalize the conflict by American Football on Earth. The Kiande Amedha Football League and the Yautja Football League were born and fierce battles engaged for the Super Bowl Title. There was only one new rule. The quarterback must be human.”

So each of them have their own leagues where they have to compete with each other in order to determine which team goes to the final Super Bowl.

The Kiande Amedha Football League has the Anchorage King Salmons, the Los Angeles Blade Runners, Houston Exterminators, Chicago Dirty Heroes, Dallas Jet Flying Kickers, and Washington DC Bashings. Their leagues motto is, “My mom is the team owner. I crave some fresh human-quarterbacks.”

The Yautja Football League has the Seattle Samurai Mifunes, San Francisco Black Catfish, Detroit Big 3, Las Vegas American Dreams, New York Psychic Murders, and the Miami Dolphin Creatures. Their motto is, “My chieftain is the team owner. I will turn you into a fully-grown quarterback warrior.”

In the end, the game never came together.

Part of story for the game giving it a setting, intro and storyline;

The Board Game will be set between the "Alien" and "Aliens" movies. Weyland Corporation has dispatched the ship “Theseus” into space. Its primary objective to populate the Mining Planet, LV-669, with a workforce of Convicts and genetically modified beasts of burden (to be used for labour and food). The convicts are guarded by a detachment of Colonial Marines and the ship has a strong contingent of Medical Cyborgs. All the humans and animals are in stasis. Whilst in transit, the “Theseus” receives a new order:

+++Investigate potential Xenomorph infestation on Planet LV-426+++- -+++extract samples+++ +++

The Cyborgs alter course as defined. The ship arrives and sets orbit around LV-426. The medical crew extract ‘Alien Egg’ and ‘Facehugger’ samples from the surface. When they report back they are directed to propagate and incubate the xenomorph samples. They utilise a percentage of the Theseus convict and animal cargo to complete their directive. Putting infected ‘cargo’ back into stasis. Once the new directive is complete the Theseus resets its course to dock with the Weyland Medical Station orbiting Earth. During the return flight, a facehugger escapes the med-bay to get sucked into Power Turbine Cooling System, where it is macerated. The acid-blood quickly destroys the Turbine and breaches the ship’s hull. The Main Power Grid and communications are compromised; hence no communication with Wayland HQ is possible. The majority of the cargo is awoken from stasis with the loss of power. A number of key personnel, the Colonial Marines included are still in stasis, due to secondary power supply grids. After a while the Xenomorphs appear and a short battle between convict, cyborg and Alien ensues. The outcome is inevitable. Meanwhile, a small conclave of Predators has detected the ‘Alien Nest’ and forcibly boarded the Theseus, damaging the computer systems keeping the Marines in stasis. A fire ensues…

+++fire detected+++ +++stasis-end protocol initiated+++
